Abstract
The present invention relates to surfacing materials, in particular to composition of a powder strip for restoration and manufacture of machine parts operating under conditions of dry friction and contact-fatigue loading, as well as buffer layers prior to surfacing hardening. A charge of powder strip comprises, percent by weight: ferrochrome - 3.0-5.0, metal manganese - 32-36, ferrosilicon – 1.0-3.0, ferrotitanium – 3.0-5.0, aluminum-magnesium powder - 1.0-3.0, marble – 1.0-3.0, iron powder - remainder. Effect: economical charge composition, good complex of surfacing and technological characteristics (including good molding and stability against formation of pores).
