Abstract

A closing device for a bottle, which is particularly suitable for storage of expensive drinks, with an indicator of its opening, bottle (1) has a neck (2), which is elongated in axial direction along the longitudinal axis (XX) bottle from its base (3), through which it is connected with the body of bottle; a neck (2) has a hole (4) in the area of its free end (5); a closing device comprises a cap means (6) for the hole (4) of neck (2), which is connected by a threaded connection (8, 9) with outer surface of the wall (10) of pouring body (11); a cap means (6) has a free circular edge (24), which is directed toward the body (1) of bottle; a sleeve (17), which is located in axial direction along the outer surface of the neck (2) and having the means (18, 19) to prevent its axial and angular displacement along outer surface of the neck (2), as well as at least one annular flange (20), which extends radially in the opposite direction of the outer surface of the neck (2); a pouring body (11) is connected in axial direction with the sleeve (17); as well as a tubular element (22), which is radially external relative to the sleeve (17) and also concentric, and extends to a considerable extent in axial direction from the base (3) of neck (2) of bottle into the area of ​​free edge (24) of cap means (6). Annular flange (20) of sleeve has at least one part of its radial area, which is located between the free edge (24) of cap means (6), and at least one radial area of opposite axial end (25) of said tubular element (22), which is concentric with the sleeve (17).
