Abstract

The present invention relates to foundry engineering and can be used in casting machines for obtaining castings of grinding bodies in mass production. Object of the invention consists in the fact that a mould is filled with a melt, in which it is subject to action of vibration and variable-centrifugal forces. When filling the mold with melt is carried out its continuous evacuation by ejection method thus removing air and gases from the mold cavity before termination of crystallization process. On a pouring chute the melt is subject to additional vibration treatment. The method provides uniformity and fine crystallinity of internal structure, increase of strength with required performance properties.
