Abstract
A method for manufacturing a large-sized wind turbine blade includes manufacturing two or more spars from laminated glass with lightweight materials therein which are glued by side surfaces to each other and then wrapped with a binding shell from laminated fiberglass. First the spars are manufactured by connecting separate transverse segments which are pre-made of light-weight material and are wrapped with adhesive layers of fiberglass. Then obtained spars are connected together and wrapped again with an adhesive binding shell of fiberglass layers. After polymerization of manufactured blade priming and protective and decorative coatings are applied on its surface.
