Abstract
The present invention relates to devices for processing of mineral raw material of natural and anthropogenic origin. A disintegrator of mineral raw materials contains a vertically mounted cylindrical working chamber with a lid and a rotor located in the lower part with radially mounted blades, while the inner surfaces of the working chamber and lid are equipped with a ribbed lining and the lateral part of the working chamber has a discharge opening equipped with a shutter. The lower part of body - a rotary body - is cylindrical and has a tangentially mounted exhaust pipe and an annular recess - an accumulator – in the lower part. In the rotary body a faceplate is located which is made in the form of a coaxially arranged parallel upper ring and a lower disk, into the space between them reinforcing ribs are radially mounted. On the upper ring of faceplate from the side of working chamber a stepped cut is made, on which a bearing ring of rotor is located with blades attached radially thereto. From the side of working chamber the rotor blades are equipped with the stepped cut, on which the bearing ring of grinding and crushing elements is located, working surfaces of which from the side of working chamber are made at an angle and the upper limit of the grinding elements from the side of working chamber wall is located above the lower level of a discharge opening. On the bearing ring of grinding and crushing elements diametrically relative to the axis of the rotor and projecting above the grinding elements the crushing elements are located. In the rotary body a ventilation ring is located, from inside of which an annular groove is made forming upper and lower ledges, while the lower ledge adjoins with a gap to the upper ring of faceplate, and the upper ledge is adjacent with gap to the bearing ring of grinding and crushing elements, and has through slots. The desintegrator design enables enrichment or preconditioning of initial raw material due to the controlled process for obtaining a product containing the useful component with given particle-size distribution. High efficiency of disintegration is achieved through a complex multiple actions on the particles of raw materials while ensuring their circulating movement and effective removal of dust and crushed fractions out of the body of disintegrator.
