Abstract
An invention relates to bacterial genetics and biotechnology and can be used for detection of producers of thiopeptide compounds of thiostrepone family and theirs derivatives, having bisdehydroalanine chain in theirs structures. The detection is based on induction of expression of gene of kanamicine-resistance neo in Streptomyces lividans, where the integrative plasmid pIJ6902 is used as a vector molecule. The designing of improved thiostrepone specific reporter system will enable to optimize the detection of producers of this group of thiopeptides.
