Abstract
Способ получения армированного композиционного штампуемого полуфабриката, содержащего один или несколько пластических материалов и нарезанные волокна или сплошные нити (4), точка размягчения которого выше, чем самая высокая среди точек размягчения указанных материалов, включает стадии: осаждение волокон или нитей (4), особенно под воздействием силы тяжести, на транспортер (1); насыпание частиц (6) порошка пластического материала на волокна или вышеупомянутые нити (4) в пропорции от 5 до 90 % общего веса; смешивание частиц (6) с волокнами или нитями (4); доведение смеси до температур, превышающих температуры размягчения материалов. Стадия смешивания включает воздействие на смесь (4, 6), по крайней мере, одним электрическим полем, перпендикулярным направлению продвижения (15) транспортера (1).
