Abstract
A mechanical flotation machine consists of a housing, a chamber, a loading device, an aerator, in which a shaft is located with a rotor disk and blades secured thereon, which is rotated by an actuator, a classifier, a tube for feeding pulp, a stator, a socket, a hollow fairing, a skimmer, an unloading pocket. The machine consists of a casing, which is divided into two parts, the upper part of the casing is movable and serves as a skimmer and the lower part is fixed, in which a damper and an auger mechanism are located for unloading the chamber product, the shaft disposed in the aerator, which is movable in the vertical direction with the rotating rotor disk and blades fixed thereon.
