Abstract

The three-axle remote-controlled hydrostabilizer for cine cameras or TV cameras comprises the course module in-series connected, a roll module, pitching module. The course module comprises a course frame made as a half-fork, a course drive with at least one engine, a course shaft rotating inside the course drive, a rolling drive with at least one engine, rolling shaft rotating inside the rolling drive. The rolling module comprises the rolling frame made as a half-fork, a pitching drive with at least one engine, a pitching shaft rotating inside the pitching drive, roll trim system. The pitching module comprises a pitching frame made as a half-fork and a pitching trim system as well as electronic modules, three angulator rate sensors, at least one acceleration indicator and at least one angular orientation sensor and a remote control panel. The course frame, the rolling frame and the pitching frame as a half-fork are made hard and the rolling frame is connected with roll trim system with opportunity to move this rolling frame in the plane to be perpendicular to the horizon. The roll trim system is a frame lock pin with regard to the rolling shaft made as electronic modules the hydrostabilizer comprises at least one input-output channel in series as well as comprises three accelerometer units and two angular orientation sensor; three angular-rate sensors are on the pitching frame at an angle of 90° one from another and three accelerometer units are also on the pitching frame at an angle of 90° one from another, besides the first angular orientation sensor is located on the rolling shaft and the second angular orientation sensor is located on the pitching shaft. This execution increases stabilization efficiency and hydrostabilizer system serviceability.
