Abstract
A method to preserve fruits includes preparing and washing the fruits, filling a container therewith, filling the container with a preserving solution, pasteurizing and hermetizing. Zizifus fruits are used as the fruits for preserving. The preserving solution consists of water and sugar the amount of which is 6.99-34.63 mass %. Other preserving and flavoring ingredients, and also spice, can be added to the solution. The realization of the invention allows providing high consumer’s qualities of the preserved product.
