Abstract
The invention relates to the area of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the rolling production. A method for the production of cold rolled strip includes smelting of metal with a converter method, pouring, hot rolling of the blank for a strip of the thick of 1.6 mm, coiling, etching, cold rolling, annealing, temper rolling with the degree of deformation of 0.8÷1.2 % and slitting with cutting of edges. For realization of a method steel of 08U and 08pc grades with pouring thereof through theunit for continuous steel pouring (UCSP) with limitation of mass part of carbon to 0.07 % was used. The hot rolling is carried out with the use of the speed-up system with the threading speed of 8.8÷10 m/s and with the rolling speed, which does not exceed the threading speed more than by 1.6 m/s. At that the temperature of the strip after the last finishing mill is set not less than 800 °С, and temperature of rolling of the hot-rolled strand is of 620÷680 °С on its basic length. At that single cold rolling with of the hot-rolled etched strand with the total deformation degree of 75 % for the strands of the gauge of 0.40 mm and 71.9 % and for strands of the gauge of 0.45 mm. The proposed method allows reducing the quantity of the processing steps, excluding rerolling and heat treatment and succeeds in waste minimization at the production of cold rolled strips.
