Abstract

Изобретение относится к водной суспензии гидроксида по меньшей мере одного выбранного переходного элемента и/или олова, окислительно-восстановительный потенциал которого меньше, чем окислительно-восстановительный потенциал пары СrО/Сr(ОН)(-0,12 В) с рН в диапазоне от 2 до 11, кроме граничных значений, для восстановления хрома VI, содержащегося в цементе, до значения его уровня содержания, как можно больше равного 2 ч./млн. Суспензия отличается тем, что она содержит от 0,5 до 80 мас. % сухого вещества в виде гидроксида по меньшей мере одного переходного элемента и/или олова из расчета на количество воды, и тем, что ее стабилизуют с использованием водорастворимого стабилизатора. Данная суспензия делает возможным уменьшение уровня содержания хрома VI в цементах до его значения, не превышающего 2 ч./млн.
