Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgical heat engineering and can be the most effectively used at heating of blowing of blast furnaces. A method for heating of a nozzle of cold heat exchanger comprises the burning of fuel and filtration of hot gases - combustion products, through nozzle with increased pressure. A blast-furnace gas exhaust from gas purification of blast furnace after scrubber of high pressure is used as fuel at heating of nozzle of hot-air stove, and cold blowing of blasting furnace is used. The use of the method will allow to reduce duration of heating period of nozzle, to increase efficiency of cold heat exchanger and to reduce amount of hot-air stoves in block to 2-3 without decrease of temperature of hot blowing.
