Abstract

A manufacturing method for multi-layer stator winding of an electric machine consists in following: coils are formed on a model, thereafter coils are collected in windings, windings are laid into the stator core, and then windings are in series connected. As a coils, single-turn coils are used, which are in series connected in wave windings, thereafter said windings are laid one above another and are in series connected in a multi-layer winding. The method allows technology simplification of electric machine stator winding manufacturing as well as simplification of coil insulation manufacturing. The claimed method of electric machine stator winding manufacturing provides obtaining necessary geometric shape and exact size of the winding.
