Abstract

The invention concerns the plugs with the flap cap for packing liquid and fluid products. A plug has a measuring hopper (2) with a ribbed housing (20) and a neck (6) and a cap (4) hingedly connected with the measuring hopper (2) by means of a flexible element (5). In the case on ribbed housing (20) a groove (21) is made, in which a tooth (15) is located, and a cut, in which a pocket (10) is located, which is connected with the housing (20) by cross connections (104A, 104B) with possibility of their break at opening the plug. On the cap (4) a lug (3) is made with two teeth (300, 301) at its end, which make it possible to fix the lug (3) in pocket (10) and prevents disconnection of the pocket (10) from the lug (3). Such design fulfills the function of a reliable system with minimum consumption of material and excludes penetration of the parts of guarantee system into environment.

Description

The invention relates to sealing means with a one-component stopper for flexible packages, in particular to a stopper with a hinged cap for packaging liquid and liquid products.

Capping means for packaging of the above type are usually called corks - "Flip-top" dispensers, that is, the presence of a cork with a flip-up cap is meant. Such corks consist of a dosing body installed on the upper part of the neck and the so-called lower element "spout", and a cap that ensures the opening and closing of the dispenser and is made as one unit with the dispenser, with which the cap is connected by means of a flexible hinge element. The hinge provides interaction between the dispenser and the cap when opening and closing the package.

In addition, the cap protects the area of the dispenser, intended for pouring liquid or liquid substance, from contact with foreign impurities and ensures hygienic use.

When opening, do not pay attention to the cap, because it is connected to the dispenser and there is no risk of loss or contamination in case of its accidental fall.

The "flip-op" capping dispenser has elements for gluing or soldering on the walls of the package.

Two types of warranty systems are commonly used to open the cap.

The first type of warranty system (UUO 03/004361) consists of one element connected to the cap by means of jumpers of the appropriate number, connected to the dispenser by means of a lock of special execution at the first stage of closure, which precedes the application of the cork "flip-top ". When the cap is opened for the first time, the jumpers break off, and the warranty system described above remains attached to the dispenser.

This very solution is obtained by changing the position of the guarantee system, initially attached to the dispenser with the help of jumpers and connected to the cap before the application of the blocking system. In this case, the warranty system remains attached to the cap when first opened.

The obvious disadvantage of this solution in both cases is that the fact of opening the package is not sufficiently obvious, because after re-closing the cap, the ends of the jumpers return to their original position, which makes it difficult to determine the fact of opening the warranty mechanism.

Secondly, the technique used to connect the warranty system to the dispenser or to the cap before use complicates the use of the sealing agent and contributes to the disconnection of the warranty system from the rest of the sealing agent and its subsequent release into the environment.

Another type of warranty system (UUO 02/28735) provides for the implementation of an element attached to the dispenser by means of jumpers in the appropriate number and having a special geometry for docking with the cap during the first closure, which precedes the application of the "flip-top" stopper. In the final configuration, the warranty system looks like a "ring strip", which is attached to the dispenser and is engaged with the cap.

The same solution is obtained by changing the position of the guarantee mechanism, initially attached to the cap using jumpers and connected to the dispenser before use. In both cases, opening is possible only when the warranty ring is disconnected from the "flip-top" stopper by breaking off the jumpers and releasing either the cap or the dispenser. The proof of opening the package is precisely the absence of a guarantee ring.

The obvious disadvantage of this solution in both cases is the presence of an element that detaches from the "flip-top" stopper: when opening the "Flip-top" stopper for the first time, it is necessary to disconnect the guarantee ring from the other part of the stopper, which does not exclude its entry into the environment , or worse, its accidental ingestion. In addition, the inefficient configuration of the connection of the guarantee ring with the cap or dispenser (depending on the configuration) allows opening the package without breaking off the jumpers, which makes it difficult to determine the fact of opening or the integrity of the guarantee mechanism. | lastly, despite a fairly effective system for detecting the fact of opening the package (missing part of the cork), this configuration does not meet the market requirement, which prohibits the use of solutions that pollute the environment, because in the described case the guarantee ring is thrown into the environment.

Taking into account the above, the invention is based on the task of creating a cork with a hinged cap for packaging liquid and liquid products, which would be cheap, hygienic and reliable in terms of the obvious fact of opening the package, that is, it had structural and functional characteristics to meet the specified requirements and at the same time would exclude disadvantages , which are present in plugs of the "flip-top" type of known designs.

The task is solved by the fact that in a cork with a hinged cap for packaging liquid and liquid products, which has a dispenser, rigidly connected to a diamond-shaped base and has a body and a neck, and a cap, hingedly connected to the dispenser by means of a flexible element, according to with the invention, the body of the dispenser is ribbed and it has a recess formed by a vertical surface and two horizontal surfaces, a stop formed by three vertical surfaces and a horizontal surface, on which there is a tooth protruding beyond the specified horizontal surface, a pocket vertically formed by two external rounded walls and two inner rounded walls, and in the radial direction formed by two outer radial walls and two inner radial walls that form the first radial corner, and horizontally formed by the upper and lower walls and connected to the cylindrical ribbed body by means of jumpers with the possibility their gap when opened and the plugs and the slot in which the pocket is located, while the specified slot is made above the recess and is limited by two vertical radial surfaces forming a second radial angle, which is greater than the first radial angle, and the neck is formed by an inner surface and an outer surface connected by a transition surface with a ribbed body, and the cap includes a bottom, on the inner side of which is made a sealing ring, on the end of which there is a centering ring, and a tab formed by an inner surface and an outer surface, the distance between which is less than the distance between the two inner radial walls of the pocket, and has two teeth, which are made at the end of the tongue on its opposite sides and are limited by two vertical surfaces, the distance between which is greater than the distance between the two internal radial walls of the pocket, and a horizontal surface, the distance between which and the surface forming the end of the cap is greater than the distance between the upper and the bottom walls of the pocket.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above.

In particular, the pocket has different radial and/or axial dimensions.

Options are possible in which the part of the tongue that goes beyond the pocket has a different shape.

Plug designs are possible, in which the jumpers of the pocket have different locations and/or sizes.

Variants are possible in which the teeth of the tongue have different locations inside the pocket and/or shape and/or sizes.

In certain variants, the tab is located on the cap in a different axial and/or radial position and has different shapes and/or radial and/or axial dimensions.

Variants are provided when the tongue is fixed in the pocket with the help of teeth in different radial and/or axial positions.

A one-component cork with a hinged cap for packaging liquid and liquid products provides a product with light weight and reduced cost and meets the requirement of obtaining a warranty system that visually establishes both the fact of opening the package and preventing parts of the warranty system from entering the environment.

The change in the position of the pocket relative to the body, which determines the transition from the closed position to the open position of the plug, is an obvious and undeniable fact of violation of the integrity of the proposed "flip-top" plug.

At the same time, there is a change in the appearance of a pair of parts of the tongues - pocket, which also indicates a violation of the integrity of the plug with a hinged cap.

In addition, the breaking off of the jumpers and the free movement of the pocket together with the tab indicate a violation of the integrity of the proposed "flip-top" plug. At the same time, in the closed position of the plug, the position of the jumpers changes significantly compared to the position preceding the opening of the plug, which is an additional obvious and undeniable fact of violation of the integrity of the proposed "flip-top" plug.

Thus, the described construction of the proposed plug provides a reliable guarantee system, which indicates the integrity of the plug or the fact of its opening.

The presence of fastening teeth in the tongue, which prevent the pocket from being detached from the tongue, positively solves the issue of removing parts of the plug into the environment, excluding parts of the plug from getting into food or the environment.

The small dimensions of the pocket, which performs the function of the guarantee system of the proposed "flip-top" cork, with equal efficiency, provide a significant saving of material.

Additional characteristics and advantages of the proposed flip-top cork according to the invention will be indicated in the description of the implementation, given as an illustrative and non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which:

Referring to the attached drawings, position 1 corresponds to the proposed cork 1 with a flip-top cap for packaging liquid and liquid products of the "flip-top" type in an assembly consisting of a dispenser 2 and a cap 4, connected as a whole to this dispenser 2 by means of hinge 5. A tab 3 is integrally connected to the cap 4, which performs the function of a lock, which engages in the pocket 10, located in the dispenser 2, which has an X-axis

X, as will be indicated later in the description.

According to the drawings, in the dispenser 2 there is an outlet b, intended for pouring the liquid contained in the package, with which the described plug is directly connected.

The connection between the outlet 6 and the dispenser 2 is provided by means of a transitional surface 7 coaxial with them, which is properly connected to them.

The dispenser 2 has a ribbed diamond-shaped base 8, intended for connection with the selected flexible package.

The shape, dimensions and possible options for connecting the diamond-shaped base 8 with the other part of the dispenser 2 into a single unit are not subject to harassment and limitations for the application of the proposed invention. In this connection, the ribbed diamond-shaped base 8 will not be further described.

Referring to FIG. 2, the outlet b consists of a cylindrical nozzle 61 with a rounded surface on the side of the free end and an inner surface 610 and an outer surface 620 formed. the bottoms 45 of the cap 4. The nozzle 61 and the centering ring 46 perform the function of centering the cap 4 with the dispenser 2 when closing and will not be further described, because they are considered standard.

The pocket 10 is made integral with the dispenser 2 and is placed on the section of the cylindrical surface of the ribbed body 20 (Fig. 4). From the outside, the pocket 10 looks like a rounded strip, having a vertical axis parallel to the X-X axis (Fig. 4), and forms a seat for the tab 3, which will be described further. The pocket 10 is vertically formed by two outer rounded walls 30, 34 and two inner rounded walls 31, 32, in the radial direction the pocket 10 is formed by two outer radial walls 35, 38 and two inner radial walls 36, 37 forming the first radial corner, and horizontally, the pocket 10 is formed by the upper and lower walls 39, 401. The pocket 10 and the loop 104 attached to it (Fig. 1) are connected to the ribbed body 20 with the help of the ends of the specified loop 104, which serve as jumpers 104A and 1048, which are made of the possibility of rupture when opening a cork with a cap.

The ribbed body 20 has a recess 21 formed by a vertical surface 22 and two horizontal surfaces 23, 24, and a stop 25 formed by three vertical surfaces 26, 27, 28 and a horizontal surface 29. The body 20 has a slot in which the pocket 10 is located, at the same time, the slot is made above the recess 21 and is limited by the vertical radial surfaces 41, 43, which form a second radial angle larger than the first radial angle.

The pocket 10 on the side of the nozzle 61 is limited by the upper wall 39 (Fig. 4). Therefore, the entry of the tongue Z into the pocket 10 occurs from the side of this wall 39.

In fig. 1 on the cap 4 there is a decorative pattern 48, consisting of two arrows, indicating the place for opening the cap itself 4. This image serves exclusively as an instruction for use and performs a purely aesthetic function, therefore it is not a subject of harassment and is not described further.

In fig. 1, 2, 4, a tooth 15 is made under the pocket 10 in the form of a protrusion, which, together with the rib 26, is made integral with the ribbed body 20 of the dispenser 2 and protrudes beyond the horizontal surface 29. The tooth 15 is located under the pocket 10 and has an upper surface parallel to surface 401 pocket 10.

In Fig. 2, C presents a tab 3 formed by two vertical surfaces 351, 352, the distance between which is less than the distance between the inner radial walls 36, 37 of the pocket 10, and has two teeth 300, 301, made at the end of the tab C from its opposite sides and limited by two vertical surfaces 310, 320, the distance between which is greater than the distance between the inner radial walls 36, 37 of pocket 10, and horizontal surface 302, the distance between which and surface 303 is greater than the distance between the upper and lower walls 39, 401 of pocket 10.

The described teeth 300 and 301 make it possible to fix the tongue Z in the pocket 10. The distance formed between the walls 310 and 320 allows the tongue Z to enter the pocket 10 tightly. The entrance of the tongue Z elastically deforms the pocket 10 due to the forced increase in the distance between the internal radial walls 36 and 37 of the pocket 10 itself and deforms the jumpers 104A and 1048. As a result of the deformation of the jumpers 104A and 1048, the pocket 10 rests on the tooth 15 and withstands the force caused by friction when the tongue Z enters the pocket 10, without damaging and breaking off the jumpers 104 and 1048.

As can be seen in Fig. 1, a recess is made on the cylindrical body 50 of the cap 4, limited by the surfaces 51, 52, 53. The protrusion on the surface 53, called the visor, allows the cap 4 to be broken off due to the separation of the jumpers 104A and 1048 and the corresponding lifting of the pocket 10 under the action of the tongue 3. Hinge 5 is a thin plate with a variable cross-section, which performs a double function - ensuring a stable connection between the dispenser 2 and the cap 4 and ensuring their mutual mobility when the "flip-top" plug 1 moves to the closed/open position.

Hinge 5 is a relatively standard part and will not be described further.

The cap 4 has a bottom 45 and a cylindrical body 50, the axial symmetry of which with respect to the Y-Y axis can be interrupted at will by figures 48 intended for instructions on the use of the plug. These images are not harassment. The cylindrical body 50 ends with a support surface 303 from which the tab 3 protrudes. In this place, the continuity of the cylindrical surface of the body 50 is interrupted by a recess limited by the surfaces 51, 52, 53. The visor is a small plane that slightly protrudes from the surface 52. The visor from the front side limited by the surface 52. The structure and configuration of the connection elements of the housing 50 with the surfaces 52, 53, 54 do not affect the functionality of the invention.

From the bottom 45 of the cap 4 in the direction of the B-B axis and inside the cap 4 itself, a sealing ring 40 protrudes, having an edge opposite to the bottom 45, with a special profile to ensure the sealing of the liquid or fluid contained in the package, with which the cork is described united In particular, the sealing ring 40 is fixed in the nozzle 61, providing sealing. The structure, functions and interactions of the sealing ring 40 and the nozzle 61 are not grounds for harassment and will not be described further.

Next, the operation of the proposed plug with a hinged cap is described, in particular, with reference to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5.

In the closed position of the proposed plug 1, the interaction of its constituent parts is determined and the advantages of the present invention are emphasized, which are the subject of further claims. The closing of the plug 1 is performed by turning the cap 4 around the axis 7-7 with the approach to the side of the dispenser 2. This movement causes the bending of the middle soft part of the hinge 5. The sealing ring 40 engages in the nozzle 61 with the help of the centering ring 46 and directs the cap 4 to the last stage of closing. The above-mentioned rotary movement and direction given by the sealing ring 40 force the tab Z to enter from the pocket 10, using the inclined walls 330 and 331 of the tab 3. When the tab Z is lowered into the pocket 10, the elasticity of the teeth 300 and 301 and the reverse deformation associated with by forcing an increase in the distance between the inner vertical walls 36 and 37 of the pocket 10, allow the lower edge 340 of the tongue C to irreversibly overcome the lower wall 401 (Fig. 5) of the pocket 10. This movement would be impossible in the absence of their elasticity, because the distance between the surfaces 310 and 320 tab Z is much larger than the distance between the walls 36 and 37 of pocket 10. Simultaneously with the entry of tab Z into pocket 10, the closing of cap 4 on dispenser 2 is completed, that is, surfaces 303 (Fig. 2) and 7 align, and the Y-Y axis of cap 4 and the axis X-X dispenser 2 match. The last condition is also provided by the engagement of the centering ring 46 with the nozzle 61.

In the closed position, the tab C is irreversibly inserted into the pocket 10 at such a height that allows the lower edge 340 of the tab C to overcome the lower wall 401 (Fig. 5) of the pocket 10 in the vertical direction. The visible parts of the tab C are the lower edge 340 (Fig. 3) and teeth 300 and 301 except for the part closed by the surface 44 of pocket 10.

In the position formed after inserting the tongue C into the pocket 10 with the help of teeth 300 and 301, it is necessary to provide a certain distance along the X-X or Y-Y axis between the surfaces 302 and 303, respectively, of the lower edges of the teeth 300 and 301, and the lower wall 401 (Fig. 5) of the pocket 10. This distance should prevent the jumpers 104A, 1048 from accidentally breaking off in the period preceding the first opening of the described flip-top plug 1. This distance should also prevent the partial opening of the plug 1, which could release the ring , which centers, 46 from the nozzle 61 without breaking off the jumpers 104A, 1048. In addition, this distance is a determining fact of the opening of the proposed plug "flip-top" 1, because, as will be described in detail below, causes a change in the position of the pocket 10 between the closed positions plugs 1 before and after the first opening.

In the position formed after the connection of the tab C with the pocket 10, an optimal guarantee system is created, which guarantees the integrity of the contents of the package, on which the proposed "flip-top" plug is fixed.

Now let's move on to specifying the stage of the first opening of cork 1 "flip-top".

At the first opening, the consumer holds the package, on which the stopper 1 is fixed, and by pressing the thumb on the cap 4, respectively on the surface 52 and the surface 53, which serves as a visor, turns it upwards relative to the dispenser 2 around the axis 2-7, and moves the hinge 5 in the position presented in Fig. 2. This movement causes the tongue C with the help of the fastening teeth 300 and 301 to contact the pocket 10. The continuation of the movement of lifting/overturning of the cap 4 runs into the above-mentioned obstacle and the only path of passage for the nozzle 61 causes the jumpers 104A, 1048 to break off. The pocket 10 is disconnected from the dispenser 2 and freely moves under the action of its own weight along the tongue Z until the lower wall 401 of the pocket 10 (Fig. 5) comes into contact with the surfaces 302 and 303 of the teeth 300 and 301 (Fig. 3).

The breaking off of the jumpers 104A, 1048 causes the movement of the pocket 10 to a height that allows you to clearly determine visually the fact that the jumpers 104A and 1048 have been broken off. At the same time, the breaking off of the jumpers 104A and 1048 causes the irreversible disconnection of the pocket 10 from the body 2. In this regard, the pocket 10 freely moves along the tongue Z, but the separation of the pocket 10 from the tongue Z is impossible due to the resistance between the teeth 300 and 301 and the lower surface 401 of the pocket 10.

The cap with a flip-top, in other words the "flip-top" cap according to the invention, is produced in the technique of injection molding and preferably when the first closure is carried out in the mold itself before the product is pushed out of the mold.

The plug is made of plastic material, polypropylene or polyethylene.

The irreversible change in the position of the pocket 10 relative to the body 2, which determines the transition from the closed position to the open position of the plug 1 "flip-top", is an obvious and undeniable fact of violation of the integrity of the plug 1 "flip-top".

An irreversible change in the position of the pocket 10 causes a change in the appearance of a pair of parts - the tab C and the pocket 10, which also indicates a violation of the integrity of the plug 1 "flip-top".

The movement that accompanies the free movement of the pocket 10 until it touches the teeth 300, 301 of the tab Z at the first opening of the plug 1 "flip-top" after breaking off the jumpers 104A and 1048, and the free movement of the pocket 10 along the tongue 3, indicate a violation of the integrity of the plug 1 "flip-top" -top".

Irreversible breaking off of jumpers 104A and 104B8 of pocket 10 is an obvious and indisputable fact of violation of the integrity of the described plug 1.

The irreversible breaking off of the jumpers 104A and 1048 of the pocket 10, in the closed position of the plug 1, causes a change in the position of the jumpers 104A and 1048 compared to the position before opening, which is an additional obvious and undeniable fact of violation of the integrity of the plug 1 "flip-top".

The presence of fastening teeth 300 and 301 of the tab C, which prevent the disconnection of the pocket 10 from the tab 3, positively solves the issue of removing parts of the plug into the environment.

The minimum size of the pocket 10, which fulfills the task of the warranty system of the proposed plug 1 "flip-top", with equal efficiency, provides a significant saving of material.

Taking into account the above, the proposed plug, according to the invention, allows you to meet the requirements indicated at the beginning of the description and avoid inconveniences caused by plugs produced according to previously known technology.

Obviously, one skilled in the art, in order to meet possible and specific requirements, will be able to make many changes and variations to the above-described flip-top stopper according to the invention defined by the claims set forth below.
