Abstract

A submersible drive pump unit for pumping out gas-liquid mixture includes submersible centrifugal multi-stage pump that includes at least two groups of pump stages placed in sequence along the pump shaftf. Each group of pump stages has working wheel equipped with the lower and the upper disc and blades installed between the discs, and guide apparatus. At that inlet of the first group of pump stages is connected to input of pump and inlet of each next in direction of flow of gas-liquid mix group of pump stages is connected to outlet or neighboring previous group of pump stages. In two neighboring groups of pump stages, in the group of pump stages placed lower in flow of gas-liquid mixture blades of working wheels are arranged smaller in height by 1.4-1.7 times compared to blades of working wheels in adjoining group of pump stages placed higher in flow of gas-liquid mixture. Such implementation increases reliability of operation of pump unit through prevention of breakaway of supply of centrifugal pump under effect of gas plugs at high volumetric percent content of free gas in gas-liquid mixture pumped out.
