Abstract

The invention relates to the systems for wet cleaning gases and can be used in the systems of removal and cleaning converter gases. A system of cleaning converter gases contains a boiler-cooler with a hollow scrubber installed in the lower part of the moveable flue of boiler-cooler and equipped with a spray system, at least, one Venturi tube with the spraying system, a drop catcher, a smoke exhaust and flues; moreover the hollow scrubber is equipped with a partition, which divides it into moveable and lifting parts, in the case the partition is made from L-shaped plates connected in such a way that the angle between vertical and inclined plates makes 95-140°, and the sprayers of spraying system are installed in the moveable and lifting part of the scrubber. The use of invention provides for increase of the cooling efficiency and cleaning converter gases, and also for reduction of overall dimensions of entire system as a whole.
