Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to a prolonged release matrix tablet of Glyclaside and can be used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. According to the invention, the tablet contains cellulose derivative, Copovidone Plasdone S630, mannitol, calcium hydrogen phosphate dehydrate and other excipients. The release profile of the tablet within pH range of 1-8 does not depend on the gastrointestinal motility associated with meals.
