Abstract

The invention relates to equipment for drying in micro-wave field bulk dielectric materials and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food industries and agriculture. Drier for bulk dielectric materials has chamber of multi-mode resonator fixed on standpipes with possibility of rotation and arranged of two truncated cones with different heights and cylindrical section that connects those to each other with larger bases, rotary vacuum-tight joint with waveguide inlet of microwave energy, device for blasting chamber with air guide and device for pumping out volume of chamber with dielectric branch pipe installed through rotary vacuum seal at side of bottom of chamber at its axis near plane of bottom and bended up with respect to horizontal base of drier. Drier includes flare antenna installed between rotary vacuum-tight joint and larger in height truncated cone flare of which at outlet is closed with radio-transparent partition with through opening in center, contact-less indicators of position installed on standpipes near flare antenna, at that chamber is fixed on standpipes at angle 8-10° with respect to horizontal base. Besides that on cylindrical part of the chamber freight hatch is provided, this has cover and vacuum and micro-wave seal, ratio of heights of larger in height truncated cone, cylindrical section and smaller in height truncated cone is 0.75:0.5, and angle between height and generatrix of larger in height cone is 8-10°. Air duct of the device for blasting chamber is taken to cavity of flare of antenna near plane of radio-transparent partition. The invention provides increase of productivity of equipment at high quality of dried material and decrease of power consumption of process of drying.
