The proposed method includes fractionation of donor plasma with ethyl alcohol until precipitate B is separated, which is treated with solvent-detergent mixture, immobilized and washed out on the sulfopropyl-cationite sorbent using the column chromatography with the following elution. The method ensures viral safety of immunoglobulin G for medicinal preparations and stability of the final product.
