Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу обработки стального изделия, при котором стальное изделие пропускают через вращающиеся валки клети прокатного стана с целью прокатки стального изделия. В соответствии с изобретением, валки прокатного стана имеют разные угловые скорости, причем один валок представляет собой валок, который двигается быстрее, а второй валок представляет собой валок, который двигается медленнее. Угловая скорость валка, который вращается быстрее, по меньшей мере, на 5 % и не более чем на 100 % выше угловой скорости валка, который вращается медленнее. Толщину стального изделия уменьшают за проход не более чем на 15 %, причем прокатку осуществляют при температуре, которая не превышает 1350 °С. Кроме того, данное изобретение относится к стальному изделию, изготовленному предлагаемым способом, и к применению этого стального изделия.
