Abstract
A method for correction of microcirculatory disorders in elderly patients with hypertension comprises the use of antihypertensive therapy and medical magnetic therapy and overall assessment of microcirculation. Additionally, before the start of treatment hemodynamic types of microcirculation are determined by laser Doppler flowmetry: normocyrculatory, hyperemic, spastic, stagnant-stasic and differential physiotherapy techniques are prescribed.
