Abstract

Device for observation of reaction space of high-temperature reactor relates to engineering of observation of technological processes in metallurgical, chemical and other branches of industry. Video-camera in which by means of clamp ring polarizer is fixed is installed in bushing arranged with uniformly separated at its side surface radial cuts. The bushing is installed in the inner pipe with possibility of rotation with respect to long axis together with video-camera. Second polariser and safety glass are mounted to fixed shell with formation of closed cavity between those. In the side inclined wall of the shell long slots are provided, for transportation of blast gas. Video-camera is electrically connected to power supply source and monitor of video-observation. Technical result is in provision of convenience and safety of work for operator, with informative increase, improvement of possibility of processing of information obtained and reliability of results.
