Abstract
A method for predicting of instrumental fractures comprises the clinical examination, radiography, determination of content in blood serum of homocysteine, osteocalcine and CICP. At levels of homocysteine > 20 µm/l, osteocalcine < 15 and CIPC < 64 ng/ml instrumental fracture is prognosed.
