Abstract

A cork for bottle contains a cap with a cylindrical skirt and thread on the external side, a screw cover on the internal side and a detachable lock, and a valve element, moreover, the cover from the side of lower end is equipped with a guard ring fixed by means of weakened connection for forming the belt of opening indication. On the internal side of cap the divider in the form of container is fixed by means of cross-pieces, and the detachable lock is made in the form of hollow cylinder connected with the hollow cylinder of larger diameter by means of a cross-piece equipped with a central opening and external annular flange.

Description

Description of the invention

The useful model belongs to corks for bottles used in the wine and vodka industry for 2 bottling and storage of alcoholic products.

A known bottle stopper comprising a cap with a cylindrical skirt and a groove on the outer side surface, a cap with a groove on the inner side surface, a removable closure made in the form of a hollow cylinder, an inner cap, an annular flange and a cylindrical projection for securing the closure in the cap, and valve element. The cover on the side of the lower end contains a safety ring, fixed with the help of a 70 weakened connection to form an opening indication belt (application KO Mo2004123534, class B65039/06, dated August 9, 2004.

Disadvantages of the well-known plug are the rather complex and not universal design of the removable shutter, which contains a liquid cutter (jet generator) of a complex configuration. When using a valve element, the technological process of its installation in a removable gate is significantly complicated, because first 72 it is necessary to make a removable gate, then place the valve element in it, and then roll the lower end of the hollow cylinder of the removable gate using special equipment. At the same time, the quality of the seat for the valve element is not guaranteed.

The technical result of the proposed useful model is the improvement of the stopper design due to the production of the cap with a cylindrical skirt and the liquid separator in the form of one part and the simplification of its assembly process.

The specified technical result is ensured due to the fact that the bottle stopper contains a cap with a cylindrical skirt and a groove on the outer side surface, a lid with a groove on the inner side surface, a removable shutter and a valve element, and the cover on the lower end side is equipped with a safety ring fixed by using a weakened connection to form an opening indication belt.

On the inner side surface of the cap, a cutter in the form of a cup is fixed with the help of jumpers, and the removable shutter is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, connected to a hollow cylinder of a larger diameter by means of a jumper, equipped with a central hole and an outer annular rim.

On the outer side surfaces of the hollow cylinders of the removable shutter, sealing ring protrusions are made, and on the inner surface of the hollow cylinder of a larger diameter, longitudinal stiffening ribs are made uniformly located along the perimeter. Ha")

The design of the cap with a directional axial lock and a slitter with an axial hole in the upper and lower part completely eliminates the possibility of evaporation and leakage of liquid from the bottle during storage, transportation, and during loading and unloading operations. When screwing the lid onto the cap, the guide axial locking device passes through the axial hole in the upper bottom part of the opener, falls into the hollow cylinder of the valve element from above, and its disc-shaped stopper tightly covers the central hole in the bridge of the removable shutter, which ensures an increase in sealing tightness.

The presence of sealing ring protrusions on the outer side surfaces of the hollow cylinders of the removable shutter and longitudinal stiffening ribs on the inner surface of the hollow cylinder of a larger diameter provide rigidity of the shutter and additional sealing of the plug.

The bottle stopper contains a cap 1 with a cylindrical skirt 2 and a groove 3, a lid 4 with a groove 5 and a hollow coaxial protrusion 6, a removable shutter 7, which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder 8, connected to a hollow cylinder 9 of a larger diameter by means of a jumper 10, equipped a central opening 11 and an outer annular rim 12, a valve element 13 in the form of a hollow cylinder 14 with 60 longitudinal ribs 15, connected to a plate-shaped stopper 16 to cover the central opening 11 in the bridge 10. In the cap 1, a spacer 18 in the form of a glass is fixed with the help of bridges 17 .

The cover 4 on the side of the lower end 19 is equipped with a safety ring 20 with one or more longitudinal cuts 21, which is fixed on the cover 4 with the help of a weakened connection in the form of cuts 22, or perforation 23, or a collapsible jumper 24 (see Fig. 7) . because an axial hole 25 can be made in the upper bottom part of the extender, and a guide axial retainer 26 can be made in the cover 4.
