Installation has siphon with suction pipe, centrifugal pump with supercharge and suction branch pipes, vacuum tank with valve for air discharge and filling unit. Siphon, vacuum tank and suction branch pipe of pump are hydraulically connected to each other with hydro-gate, in the top of the vacuum tank opening is provided I which valve for air discharge is installed, at that the lower point of section of the top of siphon is higher than the opening in the top of vacuum tank.
