Abstract
A method for treating or preventing the caries in the children living in the xenobiotic-contaminated areas comprises the measures for prophylaxis and the use of medicinal products, sealing of the fissures, deep fluorination of the enamel, endogenous pharmacotherapy starting from the first day. Within two weeks, the sorbent hydrogel of methyl silicic acid is provided at a dose of thrice a day in 1.5-2 hours prior to meals. The sorbent should be kept in the oral cavity for a time. The maintenance therapy is also provided for 30 days using multivitamin complex in a form of a gel containing (per ) retinol palmitate – 2.75 mg, thiamine hydrochloride – 0.33 mg, riboflavin – 0.33 mg, nicotine amide – 5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride – 1.5 mg, cyancobalamine – 1 µg, ascorbic acid – 100 mg, calcium pantothenate – 1 mg, cholecalcipherol – 600 IU, alpha-tocopherol acetate – 1.65 mg, manganese (II) hydrocitrate soluble – 6 mg, sodium molybdate – 0.25 mg, calcium phosphinate – 2.5 mg, lecithin – 200 mg. The combined calcium and vitamin Dcomposition is also provided (1250 mg of calcium carbonate and 200 mg of cholecalcipherol).
