Abstract
A brake control valve of railroad transportation facility contains an element of three pressures, and also a element of two pressures. For provision of setting of assigned optimum value of pressure in the air brake cylinders of railroad transportation facility at their braking depending on the kind of braking for hauling units of railroad transportation facility the tension of one spring or total tension of several concentrically located springs located between the main mobile divider of the element of three pressures and its housing from the side of valve chamber, is selected such that at performance of complete service braking of train the main mobile divider with main distribution valve is moved not as far as it would go toward the housing of the element of three pressures for the value the step sufficient for filling of brake cylinder with compressed air to the pressure, at which occurs the leveling of all efforts, which act on the mobile dividers of the element of three pressures. In this case the position of overlapping is established, and pressure in the brake cylinder is set less than it is assigned by loaded braking state, but it is sufficient for complete service braking of hauling unit of railroad transportation facility.
