Abstract
A method for making cast iron dishware includes grey iron casting into a casting mold for obtaining a cup-shaped cast, consecutive removal of excess metal, burrs, peeling-off, grinding, sand blasting of the cast and forming a protective coating of iron oxide Fe3O4 on the cast by means of heating and submerging thereof into oil. While forming the protective coating of iron oxide Fe3O4 on the cast, heating thereof is carried out up to a temperature of 680-800 DEGREE C.
