Abstract
Изобретение относится к металлургии, в частности к изготовлению деталей из суперсплава на основе никеля IN 718 и детали газотурбинного двигателя. Способ изготовления детали газотурбинного двигателя включает выливание детали под давлением, горячее изостатическое прессование полученной детали при температуре 982 - 1023 °С и давлении 105 - 175 МПа на протяжении по крайней мере 4 часов. Способ позволяет получать практически безпористую деталь, материал которой имеет значения ликвации не больше чем 40% и средний размер зерен по АSТМ 3 или меньше.
