Abstract

Device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes magnetoelastic indicator with open magnetic conductor, excitation winding on magnetic conductor, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field connected to input of block of measurement and signaling, smoothing filter connected with output to excitation winding, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, block of measurement and signaling connected with input to pair of contacts of contact group of time relay, two additional magnetic conductors with winding that are placed at two sides of main magnetic conductors and connected to the last one through non-magnetic pads. Windings of additional magnetic conductors are connected as reversed with respect to excitation winding of main magnetic conductor. At te opposite side of ferromagnetic construction at one axis with center of main magnetic conductor one-slot flux-sensitive reproduction head is placed, this is connected to additional input of block of measurement and signaling.
