Abstract
A method for cooking home-made baked ham includes farcing a pig’s neck with garlic, pickling thereof with salt and black pepper, wrapping thereof into foil and baking in an oven. Then it is cooled and cut into portions. In doing so a seasoning is made separately, for which purpose horseradish, mustard and a fried chili pod are taken, decorating with spring onion.
