Abstract

A frontal variable-speed friction drive unit has two kinematically connected rollers one of which is installed on drive shaft and the other one – on intermediate shaft, and disc installed on driven shaft between the rollers, at that the axles of the drive, intermediate and driven shafts are arranged in one plane. The variable speed drive is equipped with additional disc installed on the driven shaft between the rollers. The discs are installed with possibility of pressing to the rollers.
