Abstract

A method for producing strong vine drink provides distillation of alcohol-containing medium with obtaining non-rectified vine alcohol, blending alcohol with water and sugar syrup, introducing aromaticadditive to the blend and subsequent ageing the blend. The distillation is carried out till obtaining non-rectified vine alcohol with volume part of ethyl alcohol of 78-88 %. As aromatic additive aqueous-alcoholic liqueur of sweet almond nut shell prepared on the basis of non-rectified vine alcohol preliminarily subjected to the heat treatment till appearance of dark brown tint is used The aqueous-alcoholic infusion of sweet almond nut shell is prepared on the basis of 100 kg of shell per 1000 dal of the finished drink. Sugar color is in addition introduced to the blend.
