Abstract
Раствор для химической очистки узлов загрязненного ураном оборудования большого объема (с малым соотношением площади поверхности к объему) содержит 10-25 г/л раствора карбоната аммония, 25-100 г/л раствора хелатирующего агента, выбранного из группы карбоновых кислот, 5-30 г/л раствора перекиси водорода и пенообразователь, предпочтительно в количестве 5-30 мл/л раствора, причем раствор имеет рН 9,0-9,5. Cпособ очистки предусматривает смешивание раствора, его вспенивание в резервуаре, расположенном снаружи загрязненного узла и связанного с ним по жидкости. Вспененный раствор подают с помощью воздуха или инертного газа во все пустоты загрязненного узла. Когда пена оседает, растворитель смачивает поверхности и растворяет уран. Осевшую пену собирают и возвращают в пеногенератор для повторного использования. Очистка наиболее эффективна при комнатной температуре.
