Предлагаемый сплав для изготовления выводов положительных пластин свинцово-кислотных аккумуляторов содержит (в процентах по массе) следующие компоненты: сурьма - 0,0004 ... 0,0005 %, олово - 0,6 ... 0,9 %, мышьяк - 0,0004 ... 0,0005 %, медь - 0,0008 ... 0,001 %, серебро - 0,025 ... 0,032 %, висмут - 0,028 ... 0,03 %, селен - 0,0001 ... 0,0002 %, сера - 0,004 ... 0,005 %, никель - 0,0001 ... 0,0002 %, кальций - 0,035 ... 0,05 %, алюминий - 0,02 ... 0,026 %, цинк - 0,0008 ... 0,001 %, железо - 0,0007 ... 0,001 %, натрий - 0,0008 ... 0,001 %, теллур - 0,0001 ... 0,0002 %, гадолиний - 0,0007 ... 0,0001 %, свинец - остальная часть. Преимущества предлагаемого сплава: эвтектическая мелкодисперсная структура, которая не изменяется в процессе литья выводов или обработки давлением, повышенная стойкость выводов к коррозии в течение длительного срока хранения или эксплуатации аккумуляторов, уменьшение газовыделения при работе аккумуляторов, улучшение электрических характеристик аккумуляторов, возможность оптимизации технологического процесса производства выводов.
