Abstract

The proposed method of the composition of the cryptographic information carrier includes the following process operations: - the formation of the plastic base with a hollow and metal chips that are placed in the plastic base, - the manufacture of the packaged electronic circuit with the use of the multi-crystal microchip production technique, - the deployment of the packaged electronic circuit in the hollow of the plastic base, - the deployment of at least one packaged electronic circuit in the plaskon material.
