Спосіб екстракції барвників каротину, зокрема С-каротину, з натуральної речовини за допомогою рідкого органічного екстрагенту включає екстракцію вихідного матеріалу сумішшю розчинників, що містить складні ефіри оцтової кислоти С1-С4-спиртів і 1-25% ваг. масла біологічного походження у розрахунку на складні ефіри оцтової кислоти, при температурах, щонайменше, 30°С.
