Abstract
The method for preparation of biomass comprises a cultivation of mixture of microorganisms on nutrient medium, containing organic and mineral components and growing substances with addition of additional sources of nitrogen and phosphorus in a form of mineral salts. For the purpose of cheapening of the method and for decreasing the level of pollution of waste water the desalted stillage is used as nutrient medium, and as mixture of microorganisms – the species Trichosporon marqaritiferum, Trichosporon sericeurn, Trichosporon cutaneum, Torulopsis Candida, Candida curvata, Cryptococcus terreus, Cryptococcus luteolus, Penicillium citrinum, and Penicillium glaucum.
