Abstract

The invention relates to machine-building and can be used in all the fields for decrease of frequency of rotation at transfer of rotation from the drive shaft to the driven one with high gear ratio and provides development of easy in manufacturing, reliable and cheap reducer with high gear ratio, high efficiency, and increase the durability of operation due to exclusion of unbalance, i.e. out-of-balance condition of the rotary parts of the reducer. The reducer comprises drive and driven shafts installed in housing borings, on the drive shaft a flywheel is installed. According to the invention the drive and driven shafts are installed coaxially one with respect to another, on the free end of the drive shaft that goes out of the boundaries of the housing and can be displaced in axial direction a support bearing is installed. On the drive shaft, with shift in axial direction, screw and square are fixed, the outer surface of the screw is connected to the bushing that surrounds it, its outer surface in its turn is rigidly connected to the carrier that is rigidly connected to the flywheel, and the outer surface of the square is surrounded with an additional bushing to which centering disc is attached, this interacts with the inner surface of the housing through the bearings. The bushing and the additional bushing can autonomously turn in opposite directions. In the flywheel, eccentrically with respect to the last one, a toothed wheel with inner teeth is installed, this is engaged with pinion that is rigidly connected to the housing boring as a ring connected to the flywheel by means of a holder with its one end connected by means of bearings to the outer surface of the ring of the drive shaft, and the other end goes in free way through the flywheel, in the ring there is the driven shaft, this is arranged with cranks, its output end is connected to it through bearings, and the opposite end as a crank is rigidly connected to the additional bushing, at that the axis of rotation of the end of the driven shaft as a crank connected to the inner section of the toothed wheel through bearings coincides with the axis of rotation of the toothed wheel.
