Abstract
A fermenter relates to technological equipment intended for fermentation of sugar-containing media. The fermenter consists of a cylindrical housing, a cooling jacket, a cone bottom, tubes for supply and removing of raw material, an emergency valve and a sanitary treatment valve, and is equipped with a circulation loop for gas-vapor phase as a part of pipeline with damper valve, which is connected through the tube with gas medium of the cylindrical housing and circulation loop for gas-vapor and gas-vapor-liquid phases, which is equipped with pipelines, a damper valve, a compressor, a scrubber-condenser, a bubbler of gas phase, which is located in liquid medium of the cylindrical housing; and also has a foam level-sensing device, which is connected to a controlling device regulating the compressor and damper valves of gas-vapor circuit, wherein the scrubber-condenser contains additional circuit consisting of a pipeline, a pump, stop valves, and a heat exchanger.
