基於如此之構成,當該鹵素燈30發出全波長的色光L經由該過濾液80後,則改變該全波長的色光L的色溫T,而濾出紅外線的色光L至該導光板60外,並配合該流體通道13內的該流體F以該隔層d而與該鹵素燈30隔開,使該流體F經由流動而對該鹵素燈30進行非接觸式散熱,用以維持該色溫T在2700K至3000K為最佳範圍,而該全波長範圍在375nm~5000nm,亦包括紫外線、可見光、紅外線,除了優於發光二極體(Light-emitting diode,LED)的單一波長範圍而無法過濾出適合色光,也優於習用紅外線燈管,並進一步說明本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置改良習用紅外線燈管之功效,如下所述:
一、 本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置設計出該流體通道13,使該流體通道13內的該流體F對該鹵素燈30進行散熱,配合該過濾液80靜置於該容置空間12,亦改良習用紅外線燈管以過濾液直接衝擊鹵素燈單元進行散熱,而造成該鹵素燈單元損壞之問題點,進而提升產品可靠度之功效增進。
二、 本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置設計該流體通道13,而避免該過濾液80直接衝擊該鹵素燈30,不易造成雜質黏附在該鹵素燈30表面,而不會降低散熱效果,維持該鹵素燈30的流明及色溫,亦改良習用紅外線燈管以過濾液直接衝擊鹵素燈單元,而造成該鹵素燈單元的色光的色溫呈現不穩定之問題點,進而提升產品穩定性之功效增進。
三、 本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置設計該流體通口41、該流體凹槽42在該支座40內,亦改良習用紅外線燈管在過濾液入口直接凸出第一塞子外與過濾液出口直接凸出於第二塞子外,顯然該過濾液入口與該過濾液出口易折損,使該第一塞子與該過濾液入口之間或該第二塞子與該過濾液出口之間出現破口漏出過濾液,而造成該鹵素燈單元無法散熱、無法過濾出適合色光之問題點,亦對於人體皮膚會造成嚴重傷害,進而提升產品安全性之功效增進。
四、 本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置設計該色溫值921來監控該鹵素燈30的色光L的色溫T,亦改良習用紅外線燈管經漏出過濾液,則鹵素燈單元無法散熱、無法過濾出適合色光,而造成該鹵素燈單元的色光的色溫呈現不穩定之問題點,進而提升產品穩定性之功效增進。
四、 因此,本案具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置可提升產品可靠性、產品穩定性及產品安全性,更加優於習用紅外線燈管安裝在桑拿房、座椅及床型熱療設備上,而以各種形式進行使用,且能垂直、水平、對角或傾斜方向安裝,但不限定於此。是以,本創作人有鑑於上揭問題點,乃構思一種具有流體散熱之紅外線裝置,為本創作所欲解決的課題。
