Abstract
本新型給藥裝置，其包括：一第一管體，其內部具有一容置空間，該第一管體的底端設有一可拆式的撕除部，該容置空間內提供裝設液態藥物及一止擋元件，該第一管體的頂端設有一頸部，該頸部的內徑小於該第一管體的內徑，該止擋元件的寬度大於該頸部，以該頸部阻擋該止擋元件通過；以及一第二管體，其包括有依序互相連接的一第一管部、一按壓氣腔，用於擠壓出該液態藥物及一第二管部，該第一管部的頂端為封閉端，該第二管部的底部與該頸部連接，使該容置空間與該第二管體內部連通，該按壓氣腔的寬度大於該第一管部及該第二管部，藉由該止擋元件防止液態藥物流入第二管體。
Description
本創作係關於一種用於裝設液態藥物的給藥裝置，尤指一種能夠防止液態藥物倒流的給藥裝置。
女性在處理生殖道困擾時，通常就醫是最佳的選擇，而細菌性陰道炎與尿道炎都是婦(產)科常見的感染疾病，徵狀是陰道與尿道內繁殖了過多的致病性細菌。為了預防以及舒緩陰道炎與尿道炎，減少陰道與尿道之致病菌，並提高陰道與尿道內環境之抗感染能力，通常會先採取陰道液態藥物清洗裝置或藥物塞劑，以殺死致病性細菌及平衡益菌與酸鹼值。又如，醫療機構在施行人工生殖時，或女性進行更年期治療時，陰道給藥也是常見的給藥途徑。然而，習用的液態藥物裝置或塞劑設計不良，結構複雜，導致製造成本過高或製造過程中不良率增加，且其成品容易在搬運或受外力影響而使液態藥物逆流而無法使用，因此習用的清洗裝置或塞劑仍有改善之必要。
有鑑於此，如何將上述缺失加以摒除，即為本案創作人所欲解決之技術困難點之所在；是而，本案創作人基於多年從事相關業界的經驗，經多年苦心孤詣潛心研究，試作改良，終於成功研發完成本案，並使本新型得以誕生，以增進功效者。
有鑒於上述之缺點，本新型給藥裝置，其包括：一第一管體，其內部具有一容置空間，該第一管體的底端設有一可拆式的撕除部，該容置空間內提供裝設液態藥物及一止擋元件，該第一管體的頂端設有一頸部，該頸部的內徑小於該第一管體的內徑，該止擋元件的寬度大於該頸部，以該頸部阻擋該止擋元件通過；以及一第二管體，其包括有依序互相連接的一第一管部、一按壓氣腔，用於擠壓出該液態藥物及一第二管部，該第一管部的頂端為封閉端，該第二管部的底部與該頸部連接，使該容置空間與該第二管體內部連通，該按壓氣腔的寬度大於該第一管部及該第二管部，藉由該止擋元件防止液態藥物流入第二管體。
為便於說明本新型之內容及所能達成之功效，茲配合圖式列舉具體實施例，請參照第一圖至第三圖，本新型給藥裝置1，其包括有：
一第一管體10，其內部具有一容置空間11，該第一管體10的底端設有一可拆式的撕除部12，該容置空間11內提供裝設液態藥物111及一止擋元件112，其中該撕除部12的末端具有一扁平狀的握持部121，該握持部121與該第一管體10垂直，使用者藉由捏握該握持部121並旋轉，使該撕除部12與該第一管體10分離；該液態藥物111包括凝膠、乳膏及藥液。
該第一管體10的頂端設有一頸部13，該頸部13的內徑小於該第一管體10的內徑，該止擋元件112的寬度大於該頸部13，以該頸部13阻擋該止擋元件112及液態藥物111通過。
一第二管體20，其包括有依序互相連接的一第一管部21、一按壓氣腔22，用於擠壓出該液態藥物111及一第二管部23，該第一管部21的頂端為封閉端，該第二管部23的底部與該頸部13連接，使該容置空間11與該第二管體20內部連通，該按壓氣腔22的寬度大於該第一管部21及該第二管部23。
請參照第四圖，本新型給藥裝置的目的是為了防止液態藥物111在未使用前受到搬運或外力因素逆流至第二管體20而導致損壞，本新型給藥裝置1受到搖動時，止擋元件112會卡掣在頸部13，以封閉該容置空間11，藉此防止液態藥物111流至第二管體20。
上列詳細說明係針對本新型之一可行實施例之具體說明，惟實施例並非用以限制本新型之專利範圍，凡未脫離本新型技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更，均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。

- 一種給藥裝置，其包括有： 一第一管體，其內部具有一容置空間，該第一管體的底端設有一可拆式的撕除部，該容置空間內提供裝設液態藥物及一止擋元件，該第一管體的頂端設有一頸部，該頸部的內徑小於該第一管體的內徑，該止擋元件的寬度大於該頸部，以該頸部阻擋該止擋元件通過；以及 一第二管體，其包括有依序互相連接的一第一管部、一按壓氣腔，用於擠壓出該液態藥物及一第二管部，該第一管部的頂端為封閉端，該第二管部的底部與該頸部連接，使該容置空間與該第二管體內部連通，該按壓氣腔的寬度大於該第一管部及該第二管部，藉由該止擋元件防止液態藥物流入第二管體。
- 如請求項1所述之給藥裝置，其中該撕除部的末端具有一扁平狀的握持部，該握持部與該第一管體垂直。
- 如請求項1所述之給藥裝置，其中該液態藥物包括凝膠、乳膏及藥液。
