Abstract

A door frame structure includes a door frame body, a movable cam, and a door stop. The door frame body is mounted on a wall and has a first side and a second side. A receiving space is formed on one side of the door frame body, and the receiving space and the second side are located on the same side of the door frame body. A fixed cam extends from one end of the door frame body. The second side has at least two grooves, and the door frame body is fixed to the wall via a plurality of fixing members through the grooves. The first side and the fixed cam are respectively located on two adjacent sides of the wall. The movable cam has a first section and a second section. The first section of the movable cam is located in the receiving space of the door frame body, and the second section of the movable cam is located between one end of the door frame body and the other side of the wall. The doorstop comprises a doorstop body and at least two raised strips. The doorstop is mounted on the second side of the doorframe body. One side of the doorstop body contacts the second side of the doorframe body and the first section of the active cable plate. The raised strips are received in the grooves, covering the fixings and concealing them within. This prevents the doorstop from lifting and creates no gap between the doorstop and the doorframe body, improving both aesthetics and strength.

Description

Door frame structure

This work relates to a door frame structure, particularly a door frame structure used to mount a door panel to a wall.

Door frames are used to mount door panels to walls. Existing door frame structures have adopted modular designs, allowing doorstops to be attached to the inner edge of the doorframe using adhesive or other methods. However, when the doorstop is attached to the doorframe, it tends to lift up, creating a gap between the doorstop and the doorframe. This significantly reduces the aesthetics and strength of the doorframe, making it difficult to improve the quality of the doorframe structure.

This invention aims to address the technical issues of existing technologies by providing a door frame structure that allows the door stop to be stably mounted on the door frame body, preventing the door stop from lifting and creating no gaps between the door stop and the door frame body. This improves both aesthetics and strength, effectively enhancing product quality.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a door frame structure installed on a wall, the door frame structure comprising: a door frame body, the door frame body being installed on the wall, the door frame body having an upper frame portion and two side frame portions, the two ends of the upper frame portion being respectively connected to one end of the two side frame portions, the door frame body having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface being respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the door frame body, one side of the door frame body forming a receiving space, the receiving space being close to one end of the door frame body, the receiving space and the second surface being arranged on the same side of the door frame body, the other end of the door frame body extending to form a fixed line plate, the fixed line plate protruding from the first surface, the second surface being provided with at least two grooves, and a plurality of fixing members being fixed to the door frame body through the at least two grooves The door stop comprises a door stop body and at least two protruding strips, wherein the at least two protruding strips are provided on one side of the door stop body, the door stop body is provided on the second side of the door frame body, the door stop member is fixed to the door frame body, one side of the door stop body contacts the second side of the door frame body and the first section of the movable wire plate, and the at least two protruding strips are respectively received in the at least two grooves.

The beneficial effect of this invention lies in that the door frame structure provided by this invention includes a door frame body, a movable bead, and a door stop. One side of the door stop body contacts the second side of the door frame body and the first section of the movable wire plate. The at least two protruding strips are respectively received in at least two grooves. The protruding strips can be used to position the fixing members, so that the door frame body is stably fixed to the wall. The door stop member can cover the fixing members, so that the fixing members are hidden inside. The doorstop features at least two protruding strips that fit into at least two grooves in the doorframe, providing excellent support and allowing the doorstop to be stably positioned on the doorframe. This prevents the doorstop from lifting and eliminates gaps between the doorstop and the doorframe, enhancing both aesthetics and strength, effectively improving product quality.

Referring to Figures 1 to 5 , this invention provides a door frame structure that is mounted on a wall 100 (as shown in Figure 6 ) to facilitate mounting a door panel on the wall 100 . The door frame structure includes a door frame body 1 , a movable wire plate 2 , and a door stop 3 . The door frame body 1 , movable wire plate 2 , and door stop 3 can be made of wood.

The door frame body 1 can be mounted on a wall 100. The door frame body 1 comprises an upper frame portion 11 and two side frame portions 12 (as shown in FIG6 ). The upper frame portion 11 has two ends connected to one end (the upper end) of each side frame portion 12. The door frame body 1 comprises a first surface 13 and a second surface 14 . The first surface 13 and the second surface 14 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the door frame body 1 . The first surface 13 and the second surface 14 can be planar and parallel to each other.

A receiving space 15 is formed on one side of the door frame body 1. The receiving space 15 and the second surface 14 are located on the same side of the door frame body 1 and are adjacent to each other. The receiving space 15 is located near one end of the door frame body 1. A fixing plate 16 extends from the other end of the door frame body 1. The fixing plate 16 protrudes from the first surface 13 of the door frame body 1 and can be perpendicular to the first surface 13.

The second side 14 of the door frame body 1 is provided with at least two recesses 17. The recesses 17 are recessed within the door frame body 1. Two or three recesses 17 may be provided, with two recesses 17 being preferred. The recesses 17 may be square and extend along the length of the door frame body 1, that is, extending through the upper frame portion 11 and both side frame portions 12.

The door frame body 1 is fixed to the wall 100 by a plurality of fixing members 5. The fixing members 5 can be screws or nails. The fixing members 5 are fixed to the wall 100 through the grooves 17, so that the door frame body 1 can be fixed to the wall 100, and the first surface 13 and the fixing line plate 16 are respectively arranged on two adjacent sides of the wall 100.

The movable molding 2 has an L-shaped cross-section and comprises a first section 21 and a second section 22. The first and second sections 21, 22 are connected and folded, and the first and second sections 21, 22 can be perpendicular to each other. The first section 21 of the movable molding 2 is disposed within the receiving space 15 of the door frame body 1. The first section 21 of the movable molding 2 is mounted on the door frame body 1, while the second section 22 of the movable molding 2 is mounted between one end of the door frame body 1 and the other side of the wall 100. The movable molding 2 can be secured to the door frame body 1 using adhesive or other means. The movable molding 2 and the fixed molding 16 can be used to conceal the gap between the door frame structure and the wall 100, enhancing the aesthetics and quality. The movable line plate 2 can be flexibly adjusted according to the thickness of the wall 100, so that the door frame structure can be installed on walls 100 of different thicknesses to increase applicability.

The doorstop 3 comprises a doorstop body 31 and at least two ridges 32. The doorstop body 31 may have a square cross-section. The ridges 32 are located on one side of the doorstop body 31, protruding from the side of the doorstop body 31. There may be two or three ridges 32, preferably two ridges 32, spaced apart. The ridges 32 may have a square cross-section and extend along the length of the doorstop 3. In this embodiment, the doorstop member 3 has two protrusions 32. The two protrusions 32 are located away from the center of the doorstop body 31 and closer to the two ends of the doorstop body 31. The protrusions 32 can protrude from one side of the doorstop body 31 at the same height, thereby providing a stable support effect.

The doorstop 3 is mounted on the second surface 14 of the doorframe body 1. One side of the doorstop body 31 contacts the second surface 14 of the doorframe body 1 and the first section 21 of the movable wire plate 2. The protrusions 32 are received in the grooves 17. The protrusions 32 correspond to the fixing members 5. The protrusions 32 can be used to position the fixing members 5 or press against the fixing members 5. The doorstop 3 can be secured to the doorframe body 1 by gluing or other methods. The doorframe body 1, the movable wire plate 2, and the doorstop 3 can be secured by gluing or nailing.

In this embodiment, the first section 21 of the movable wire plate 2 may have an outer surface 211. The outer surface 211 is located on the side of the first section 21 that is farthest from the door frame body 1. The outer surface 211 is coplanar with the second surface 14 of the door frame body 1. This allows one side of the doorstop body 31 to overlap the second surface 14 of the doorframe body 1 and the outer surface 211 of the first section 21 of the movable wire plate 2. This facilitates assembly of the doorframe structure and provides a more stable placement of the doorstop member 3.

In addition, as shown in Figure 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, the door frame body 1 and the movable line plate 2 may also be respectively provided with a first clamping portion 18 and a second clamping portion 23. The first clamping portion 18 and the second clamping portion 23 are corresponding concave-convex structures. The first clamping portion 18 can be a convex body or a groove, etc., and the second clamping portion 23 can be a groove or a convex body, etc. The first clamping portion 18 and the second clamping portion 23 can be clamped and matched with each other so that the door frame body 1 and the movable line plate 2 can be stably combined.

The protruding strips can be used to position the fixing members, so that the door frame body is stably fixed to the wall. The door stop member can cover the fixing members, so that the fixing members are hidden inside. The doorstop features at least two protruding strips that fit into at least two grooves in the doorframe, providing excellent support and allowing the doorstop to be stably positioned on the doorframe. Claims (10)

A door frame structure is installed on a wall, comprising: A door frame body, mounted on the wall, comprising an upper frame portion and two side frame portions, with the upper frame portion having two ends connected to one end of each of the side frame portions. The door frame body comprises a first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface being located on opposite sides of the door frame body. A receiving space is formed on one side of the door frame body, the receiving space being adjacent to one end of the door frame body. The receiving space and the second surface are located on the same side of the door frame body. A fixing plate extends from the other end of the door frame body, the fixing plate protruding from the first surface. The second surface is provided with at least two grooves. The door frame body is fixed to the wall via a plurality of fixing members through the at least two grooves, with the first surface and the fixing plate being located on two adjacent sides of the wall. A movable plate having a first section and a second section, the first and second sections being connected, the first section of the movable plate being disposed within the receiving space of the door frame body, and the second section of the movable plate being disposed at one end of the door frame body and the other side of the wall; and a doorstop having a doorstop body and at least two protruding strips, the at least two protruding strips being disposed on one side of the doorstop body, the doorstop being disposed on the second side of the doorframe body, the doorstop being fixed to the doorframe body, one side of the doorstop body being in contact with the second side of the doorframe body and the first section of the movable plate, and the at least two protruding strips being respectively received in the at least two grooves. A door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the at least two protruding strips are pressed onto the multiple fixing members respectively. A door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first section and the second section are perpendicular to each other. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the groove is a square groove and the cross-section of the ridge is square. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the door frame body, the movable wire plate and the door stop are made of wood. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the at least two protruding strips are respectively close to the two ends of the door stop body. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the at least two protruding strips are far away from the middle position of the door stop body. A door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first section of the movable wire plate has an outer surface, the outer surface is located on a side of the first section away from the door frame body, and the outer surface is coplanar with the second side of the door frame body. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the door frame body, the movable wire plate and the door stop can be fixed by gluing or nailing. The door frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the door frame body and the movable line plate are respectively provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are clamped and matched with each other.
