Abstract

A faucet assembly component includes: a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with an upper ring surface and a lower ring surface, the upper ring surface is connected to a faucet; a base, the lower ring surface of the connecting member is inserted into the inner part of the base, the lower surface of the base is against the upper surface of a washbasin; and a fixing member, the fixing member is connected to the base below the washbasin, so that the faucet is fixed above a mounting hole of the washbasin. The invention provides a quick assembly and disassembly faucet without affecting the firmness.

Faucet assembly parts

This invention relates to a faucet assembly component, and in particular to an assembly component for fixing the faucet on a sink.

In the existing technology, the installation of faucets mostly adopts a complex combination of parts. The installer needs to fasten it from under the sink. This design installation process is cumbersome and time-consuming. For the installer, it is more difficult to operate in a small space, which increases the difficulty of assembly. In addition, if the installation position is limited or the line of sight is poor, it is easy to cause incomplete locking, affecting the stability and service life of the faucet. On the other hand, although some improved technologies introduce quick connector mechanisms to improve loading and unloading efficiency, they often fail to take into account the structural strength and fail to effectively prevent water droplets from invading the joints and causing damage or rust.

Based on the above shortcomings, this invention provides a faucet assembly component, which includes simple and few parts to install a faucet, and does not require too many tools to assist in assembly, making the installation process convenient and fast.

Based on this purpose, the present invention provides a faucet assembly component, including: a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with an upper ring surface and a lower ring surface, the upper ring surface is connected to a faucet; a base, the lower ring surface of the connecting member is inserted into the interior of the base, and the lower surface of the base is against the upper surface of a washbasin; and a fixing member, the fixing member is connected to the base below the washbasin so that the faucet is fixed above a mounting hole of the washbasin.

The fixing piece is in the shape of a semicircular sheet, and its inner ring surface is provided with two convex parts extending toward the center, and each of the two convex parts is provided with a connecting hole.

The inner ring surface of the base is provided with two other convex parts extending toward the center, and the two convex parts are respectively provided with a connecting hole. The two connecting holes of the base are respectively aligned with the two connecting holes of the fixing part, and are connected by two screws passing through the connecting holes.

The lower ring surface of the connecting piece is provided with two notches aligned with each other, and the width of the two notches is greater than the thickness of the fixing piece.

Wherein, a waterproof ring is also included between the base and the wash basin.

The invention also comprises a protective cover which is arranged on the base.

Wherein, the lower annular surface of the connecting piece has an inclination.

The outer ring surface of the base is provided with a screw hole, a thread passes through the screw hole and rests against the lower ring surface, so that the connecting piece is fixed to the base.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, which show a faucet assembly 10, including a connecting member 11, a base 12 and a fixing member 13. The upper portion of the connecting member 11 is connected to a faucet 20, the lower surface of the base 12 is against the upper surface of a washbasin 30, and the fixing member 13 is connected to the base 12 below the washbasin 30, so that the faucet 20 is fixed above a mounting hole 31 of the washbasin 30.

The connecting member 11 has an upper annular surface 111 and a lower annular surface 112. The upper annular surface 111 is provided with a thread matching the internal thread profile of the faucet 20 so that the two are threadedly connected to each other. The connecting member is inserted into the interior of the base 12 through the lower annular surface 112 and connected to the base 12, wherein the lower annular surface 112 has an inclination.

In this embodiment, the fixing member 13 is in the shape of a semicircular sheet and the inner ring surface of the fixing member 13 is provided with two protrusions 131 extending toward the center. Similarly, the inner part of the base 12 has another two protrusions 121 extending toward the center. The protrusions 121, 131 are respectively provided with a connecting hole 1211, 1311. The base 12 and the fixing member 13 are connected to each other through two screws 14 penetrating the connecting holes 1211, 1311.

Preferably, the lower annular surface 112 is provided with two notches 1121 aligned with each other, and the width of the two notches 1121 is greater than the thickness of the fixing member 13. The fixing member 13 can be used as a tightening tool. By clamping the fixing member 13 in the two notches 1121, the fixing member 13 is pressed against the lower end of the connecting member 11, and the connecting member 11 and the faucet 20 are rotated to lock.

In other embodiments, the faucet assembly 10 further includes a protective cover 16, which is disposed on the base 12 and can cover the bottom of the faucet 20 and the connecting member 11 to protect the connecting position from being exposed and damaged by external forces.

To further explain the installation mode of the invention, after the user has connected the connecting member 11 to the faucet 20, one of the screws 14 is respectively passed through one of the connecting holes 1211, 1311 of the base 12 and the fixing member 13 to partially connect the base 12 to the fixing member 13. Then, the fixing member 13 is passed through the mounting hole 31 of the wash basin 30, and the lower surface of the base 12 is pressed against the upper surface of the wash basin 30, and the other screw 14 is respectively passed through the remaining connecting holes 1211, 1311 to fix the base 12 on the upper surface of the wash basin 30. In other embodiments, a waterproof ring 15 is further disposed between the base 12 and the washbasin 30 to prevent water leakage and reduce the gap between the base 12 and the washbasin 30.

After the base 12 is installed, the connector 11 is inserted into the base 12. In this embodiment, the base 12 is also provided with a screw hole 122 through which a screw 17 can be inserted. The top of the screw 17 abuts against the lower annular surface 112 to secure the faucet 20 above the base 12. Since the annular surface of the protective cover 16 is provided with a hole 161, the locking process of the screw 17 is not affected when the cover is provided on the base 12. In addition, the faucet assembly component 10 may also include but is not limited to a plug (not shown in the figure), which can plug the hole 161 to prevent water from splashing into the protective cover 16 when the user uses the faucet 20.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a faucet assembly component 10 for users to quickly install the faucet 20. The installation holes are arranged around the faucet, which can reduce the difficulty of installation and disassembly for installers, especially in a narrow space, where there is no need to bend over or turn the head to ensure the locking of the screws and the installation of various parts, thereby improving installation efficiency and convenience. In addition, the protective cover 16 and the waterproof ring 15 provide a leak-proof design to prevent water from overflowing and damaging the internal structure.

A faucet assembly component includes: a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with an upper ring surface and a lower ring surface, the upper ring surface is connected to a faucet; a base, the lower ring surface of the connecting member is inserted into the inner part of the base, and the lower surface of the base is against the upper surface of a washbasin; and a fixing member, the fixing member is connected to the base below the washbasin so that the faucet is fixed above a mounting hole of the washbasin. As described in claim 1, the fixing member is in the shape of a semicircular plate, and its inner ring surface is provided with two protrusions extending toward the center, and each of the two protrusions is provided with a connecting hole. A faucet assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the inner ring surface of the base is provided with two other protrusions extending toward the center, and the two protrusions are respectively provided with a connecting hole, and the two connecting holes of the base are respectively aligned with the two connecting holes of the fixing member, and are connected by two screws passing through the connecting holes. A faucet assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the lower ring surface of the connecting piece is provided with two notches aligned with each other, and the width of the two notches is greater than the thickness of the fixing piece. The faucet assembly as described in claim 1, wherein a waterproof ring is included between the base and the washbasin. The faucet assembly as described in claim 1 also includes a protective cover arranged on the base. A faucet assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the lower ring surface of the connecting part has an inclination. A faucet assembly as described in claim 7, wherein the outer annular surface of the base is provided with a screw hole, a thread passes through the screw hole and rests against the lower annular surface, so that the connecting piece is fixed to the base.
