Abstract

A flip sock includes: a toe cover portion, which is arranged at the front end of the flip sock to cover the toes; a sock body portion, which is connected to the rear opening of the toe cover portion and is used to cover the sole of the foot; an ankle sock portion, which is connected to the upper rear end of the sock body portion and is used to cover the ankle; a heel sock portion, which is respectively connected to the lower rear end of the sock body portion and the lower end of the ankle sock portion and is used to cover the heel; a sock tube portion, which is connected to the upper end of the ankle sock portion and is used to cover the lower relative portion of the calf; and a flip portion, which is connected to the upper end of the sock tube portion and is used to cover the upper relative portion of the calf. The outer surface of the sock tube portion has a first pattern located at the lower portion and a second pattern located at the upper portion, and the outer and inner surfaces of the flip portion have a third pattern and a pattern, respectively. When the flip socks are not folded, the first, second and third patterns are combined into a combined pattern; when the flip part is folded onto the outer surface of the sock tube, the exposed fourth pattern is combined with the first pattern into another combined pattern. Therefore, the diversity and aesthetics of wearing can be improved, so that the same pair of flip socks can show different shapes in different occasions, increasing the user's choice.

Description

Flip Socks

The invention relates to a flip sock.

With the evolution of the times, socks have gradually developed fashionable and aesthetic uses in addition to providing specific functionality. For example, they can provide protection, support and comfort, beauty and decoration, shock absorption, anti-slip and stability.

Compression socks are a product that prevents and treats lower limb venous diseases and promotes athletic performance by applying pressure to the calf muscles, promoting venous blood return and imparting positive valve pressure.

Compression socks usually have a toe cover, a body part, an ankle part, a heel part, and a tube part. The toe cover is located at the front end of the compression socks and is used to cover the toes; the body part is connected to the toe cover and is used to cover the instep and sole; the ankle part is connected to the upper rear end of the body part and is used to cover the ankle; the heel part is connected to the lower rear end of the body part and the ankle part and is used to cover the heel; the tube part is the part extending upward from the ankle part and is used to cover the calf.

Modern people's work style is mostly long-term sitting or standing, which can easily cause blood stagnation in the calf veins, causing calf swelling, numbness, and even fatigue. In addition, long-term hiking or long-distance flights can also have an adverse effect on blood circulation in the lower limbs. Wearing compression socks can be an effective solution to improve these problems.

The pressure value of traditional compression socks is 20 to 40 mmHg. Due to the high pressure value, it may cause discomfort for long-term wearing or daily activities, especially in non-sports situations, the user may feel overly restricted or inflexible. Therefore, such compression socks are only suitable for athletes or in certain medical situations, which limits their scope of application.

In addition, traditional compression socks generally have only a single pressure level when they are knitted and designed, without considering the different needs of the lower limb muscles during actual exercise, resulting in the inability to make targeted pressure adjustments to the leg muscle groups during actual wearing.

Because compression socks promote blood circulation by applying pressure to the calf muscles, they are usually designed to cover the entire calf area. However, due to the high pressure value of traditional compression socks, it is impossible to fold or adjust the length. If they are forcibly folded, the pressure at the folded part will be too high, causing discomfort to the user and affecting the normal function of the compression socks. Therefore, it is impossible to flexibly adjust its length to adapt to different situations, and thus it cannot meet the diverse needs of users in daily applications.

In addition, due to the functional requirements of compression socks, traditional compression socks usually do not have patterns, because the setting of patterns will affect the uniformity of the thickness of the compression socks, resulting in uneven distribution of the compression effect, thereby reducing its functionality. However, this makes traditional compression socks appear monotonous in appearance and cannot meet consumers' needs for style and personalization.

In addition, traditional compression socks are usually made of materials such as nylon and spandex. Although these materials have good elasticity, they lack sufficient breathability. In particular, in medical or sports applications, users often need to wear them for several hours. If they wear compression socks with poor breathability for a long time, they may feel uncomfortable and cause sweat accumulation, which may lead to bacterial growth, skin allergies, odor or other hygiene problems, affecting the health and comfort of users.

In view of the various problems to be solved mentioned in the previous technologies, the present invention aims to provide a flip sock that can change its length by folding, so as to improve the user's lower limb edema, varicose veins and poor blood circulation in daily situations, such as long-term sitting, long-term standing, long-term hiking, etc., as well as sports situations, and provide an appearance with personalized patterns.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a kind of flip socks, comprising: A toe part, arranged at the front end of the flip sock, having a curved surface structure for covering the toes and an opening at the rear side; A sock body, having a horizontal tubular structure for covering the sole, the front end of which is connected to the opening of the toe part, and the rear end extends toward the rear end of the flip sock; Ankle part, having a vertical tubular structure for covering the ankle, the front side of the lower end of which is connected to the upper side of the rear end of the sock body; A heel part, having a curved surface structure for covering the heel and an opening, the opening of the heel part is respectively connected to the lower side of the rear end of the sock body and the lower end of the ankle part; A sock portion having a vertical tubular structure for covering a relatively lower portion of the calf, the lower end of which is connected to the upper end of the sock ankle portion, and the outer surface of the sock portion having a first pattern located at the lower portion and a second pattern located at the upper portion; and a flip portion having a vertical tubular structure for covering a relatively upper portion of the calf, the lower end of which is connected to the upper end of the sock portion, the outer surface of the flip portion having a third pattern, and the inner surface of the flip portion having a fourth pattern.

In the state where the flip socks are not folded, the first pattern, the second pattern and the third pattern are combined into a combined pattern; and in the state where the flip part is folded down to the upper part of the outer surface of the sock tube part, the fourth pattern exposed after folding is combined with the first pattern into another combined pattern. Therefore, the diversity and aesthetics of wearing can be improved, so that the same pair of flip socks can show different shapes in different occasions, increasing the user's choice.

According to the present invention, the rollover socks can have a progressive pressure value of 15 to 25 mmHg, and the sock tube and the rollover part have a first pressure section, a second pressure section, and a third pressure section with gradually decreasing pressure values from the heel to the knee, so as to adjust the pressure of each leg muscle group in a targeted manner and meet the daily use and exercise scenarios. In addition, since the pressure value of the third pressure section is relatively small, the wearer can easily fold the socks located in the third pressure section downward, and will not cause excessive pressure on the user's calf, so the third pressure section can be set in the rollover part.

According to the reversal socks of the present invention, the sock tube portion having the first pattern and the second pattern and the reversal portion having the third pattern and the fourth pattern can have the same thickness so that the reversal socks provide a uniform compression effect.

According to the present invention, the sock body may include: the back of the foot, which has heat dissipation holes; and the bottom of the foot, which has sweat grooves arranged in a maze shape, so as to further improve the breathability and sweat-wicking properties of the socks, thereby improving the comfort.

According to the novel flip socks, the sole of the sock body can be treated with silver ions to achieve deodorizing, antibacterial and other effects.

As described above, according to the present invention, its effects are not limited to the contents exemplified above, and more various effects are included in this specification.

The technical solutions in the present novel embodiments will be clearly and completely described below based on the exemplary embodiments disclosed herein and with reference to the attached drawings.

Although the terms "first", "second", etc. are used to describe various components, these components are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one component from other components. Therefore, the first component mentioned below can be the second component in the technical concept of the present invention.

The same reference numerals generally denote the same components throughout the specification.

According to the present invention, a flip sock 1 is provided, which is mainly made of a mixed yarn containing nylon (polyamide, such as technical nylon) and Lycra (polyurethane). The main function of this material is quick drying and perspiration removal, and its touch is similar to Egyptian cotton.

Specifically, the new type of flip socks 1 can be made of a mixed yarn containing 85 wt% of technical nylon, 7 wt% of Lycra, 4 wt% of cotton, and 2 wt% of other elastic fibers. The above-mentioned other elastic fibers can be, for example, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, nitrile, etc., but are not limited thereto.

Fig. 1 is a three-dimensional diagram of a flip sock 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a three-dimensional diagram showing a flip portion 16 folded downward according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a three-dimensional diagram of a first pressure section R1, a second pressure section R2 and a third pressure section R3 of a sock tube section 15 and a flip portion 16 as a whole according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1 , a turn-around sock according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a toe portion 11, a body portion 12, an ankle portion 13, a heel portion 14, a sleeve portion 15 and a turn-around portion 16.

The toe cover portion 11 is disposed at the front end of the turn-over sock 1 and has a curved surface structure for covering the toes and an opening at the rear side.

The sock body 12 has a horizontal cylindrical structure for covering the sole of the foot, with a front end connected to the opening of the toe portion 11 and a rear end extending toward the rear end of the flip sock 1.

The ankle portion 13 has a vertical tubular structure for covering the ankle, and the front side of the lower end thereof is connected to the upper side of the rear end of the sock body portion 12 .

The heel portion 14 has a curved surface structure for covering the heel and an opening. The opening of the heel portion 14 is connected to the lower side of the rear end of the sock body portion 12 and the lower end of the sock ankle portion 13 respectively.

The sock tube portion 15 has a vertical tubular structure for covering the relatively lower portion of the calf, and the lower end of the sock tube portion 15 is connected to the upper end of the sock ankle portion 13.

The turning portion 16 has a vertical cylindrical structure for covering the upper portion of the calf, and the lower end of the turning portion 16 is connected to the upper end of the sock portion 15 .

In different sports or activities, the length of socks required will vary. For example, when running, users may choose short socks to reduce friction and improve breathability, while in mountaineering or high-intensity activities, users may choose long socks to provide more protection.

In addition, the length requirements for socks vary depending on the season. In hotter seasons, short socks can increase breathability and comfort, while in colder seasons, long socks can provide more warmth.

In addition, in terms of fashion matching, the length and style can be changed by folding the socks to provide more matching options, so that users have more styling choices in different occasions.

Therefore, the creator of the present invention designs the flip sock 1 so that the flip portion 16 can be folded downward.

1 and 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface of the sock portion 15 has a first pattern P1 at the bottom and a second pattern P2 at the top; and the outer surface of the flip portion 16 has a third pattern P3, and the inner surface has a fourth pattern P4.

When the flip sock 1 is not folded, the first pattern P1, the second pattern P2 and the third pattern P3 can be combined into a combined pattern, thereby showing an appearance of the flip sock 1.

Furthermore, when the turning portion 16 is folded downward to the upper portion of the outer surface of the sock portion 15, in addition to being able to adjust the overall length of the turning sock 1, the fourth pattern P4 exposed after the turning portion 16 is folded and the first pattern P1 of the sock portion can also be combined into another combined pattern, thereby showing another appearance of the turning sock 1.

The first pattern P1, the second pattern P2, the third pattern P3 and the fourth pattern P4 can be any pattern, color block or a combination thereof.

Therefore, the present invention can provide a variety of styling options to meet various styling requirements.

On the other hand, the pattern on the sock 1 may affect the uniformity of its thickness (especially when the pattern is added to the sock 1 by printing, knitting, sewing or embroidery), thereby affecting the uniformity of the pressure of the sock body on the calf, which may cause discomfort to the user.

In particular, since the novel reversing sock 1 can be used as a compression sock, in this case, if the thickness of the pattern on the reversing sock 1 is uneven, it may affect the compression effect of the sock body on the calf.

Therefore, in the present invention, the sock portion 15 having the first pattern P1 and the second pattern P2 and the flip portion 16 having the third pattern P3 and the fourth pattern P4 are set to have the same thickness so that the thickness of the flip sock 1 is consistent, thereby providing the required uniform compression effect.

On the other hand, since the toes and heels bear most of the gravity, pressure and friction when the user walks and exercises, the thickness of the toe portion 11 and the heel portion 14 is increased to be greater than the thickness of the sock portion 12 to increase support and cushioning, thereby further improving wearing comfort.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the toe portion 11 and the heel portion 14 are 0.01 to 0.03 cm thicker than the body portion 12, the ankle portion 13, the tube portion 15 and the turn portion 16. The thickness of the toe portion 11 and the heel portion 14 is about 0.04 cm, and the thickness of the body portion 12, the ankle portion 13, the tube portion and the turn portion 16 is about 0.01 cm.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the overall length of the sock tube portion 15 and the turned portion 16 can be 35 to 45 centimeters, so that the turned sock 1 can cover the area below the knee when it is not folded, as shown in FIG. 1 .

Among them, the length of the sock tube part 15 can be 18 to 25 centimeters, and the length of the flip part 16 can be 10 to 27 centimeters. Therefore, the flip part 16 can be folded down to adjust the length of the calf covering part to 18 to 25 centimeters, so that the flip sock 1 can only cover the calf area in the folded state, as shown in Figure 2.

Furthermore, referring to FIG. 1 , the sock portion 12 may include: a dorsal portion 121, which is the upper portion of the sock portion 12, used to cover the instep, and having heat dissipation holes 121a; and a sole portion 122, which is the lower portion of the sock portion 12, used to cover the sole, and having sweat grooves 122a arranged in a maze shape.

Therefore, the air permeability and perspiration discharge of the flip socks 1 can be further improved, thereby improving the comfort.

Because the calf muscles have different roles and activities during exercise, the corresponding pressure (compression) requirements are also different.

In addition, since the ankles are the starting point of blood return, blood is most likely to accumulate in the ankles during exercise or long periods of standing, leading to venous congestion and edema. Therefore, greater pressure (22 to 25 mmHg) needs to be applied to promote venous blood return and improve circulation.

Therefore, in the present invention, the pressure value of the flip socks 1 can be designed to gradually decrease from the ankle to below the knee, thereby effectively reducing muscle vibration during exercise, making the control conduction of muscle nerves more efficient, thereby improving muscle coordination, generating greater strength, and increasing the speed of fatigue recovery after exercise.

In this context, compression value/compression effect refers to the pressure/its compression effect that the sock exerts on the leg.

Therefore, referring to FIG. 2 , according to an embodiment of the present invention, the sock portion 15 and the turning portion 16 as a whole may include: a first pressure section R1 located at the bottom, a second pressure section R2 located in the middle, and a third pressure section R3 located at the top.

The pressure value of the second pressure section R2 is smaller than that of the first pressure section R1, and the pressure value of the third pressure section R3 is smaller than that of the second pressure section R2.

For example, the pressure value of the third pressure section R3 can be 15 to 19 mmHg, the pressure value of the second pressure section R2 can be 19 to 22 mmHg, and the pressure value of the first pressure section R1 can be 22 to 25 mmHg, so as to provide the rollover socks 1 with a progressive pressure value from 15 to 25 mmHg, thereby performing targeted pressure adjustments on various muscle groups of the legs (especially the calves).

In addition, since the pressure value of the third pressure section R3 is relatively small, the user can easily fold the socks located in the third pressure section R3 downward without causing excessive pressure on the user's calves.

Therefore, the first pressure section R1 and the second pressure section R2 can be provided at the sock portion 15, and the third pressure section R3 can be provided at the turning portion 16, so that the turning portion 16 can be easily folded downward.

On the other hand, the sole of the foot is the part that is most prone to sweating, especially during activities or sports, the sweat glands secrete a lot of sweat, and the sweat accumulates on the sole 122 of the foot, providing a good breeding environment for bacteria and fungi, which easily leads to odor and skin problems. In addition, the sole 122 of the foot is the part that most often rubs against the surface of the shoe, making it easier for bacteria to gather there.

Therefore, the sole 122 of the flip sock 1, i.e., the area covering the sole, can be treated with silver ions so that the sole 122 contains silver ions, thereby using the antibacterial and deodorizing properties of silver ions to inhibit bacterial growth and prevent odor generation, and reduce the risk of allergies. In particular, the effect of silver ions will not decrease due to time or the number of washings.

In a preferred embodiment, 2 wt% of silver ions may be added based on the total weight of the flip-sock 1.

It is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the details of the above exemplary embodiments, and that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or basic characteristics of the present invention.

Claims (9)

A kind of flip socks, comprising: a toe cover, arranged at the front end of the flip sock, having a curved surface structure for covering the toes and an opening at the rear side; a sock body, having a horizontal tubular structure for covering the sole, the front end of which is connected to the opening of the toe cover, and the rear end extending toward the rear end of the flip sock; an ankle sock, having a vertical tubular structure for covering the ankle, the front side of the lower end of which is connected to the upper side of the rear end of the sock body; a heel sock, having a curved surface structure for covering the heel and an opening, the opening of the heel sock being connected to the lower side of the rear end of the sock body and the lower end of the ankle sock respectively; A sock portion having a vertical tubular structure for covering the lower part of the calf, the lower end of which is connected to the upper end of the sock ankle portion, and the outer surface of the sock portion having a first pattern located at the lower part and a second pattern located at the upper part; and a flip portion having a vertical tubular structure for covering the upper part of the calf, the lower end of which is connected to the upper end of the sock portion, the outer surface of the flip portion having a third pattern, and the inner surface of the flip portion having a fourth pattern; wherein, when the flip sock is not folded, the first pattern, the second pattern and the third pattern are combined into a combined pattern; and when the flip portion is folded downward to the upper part of the outer surface of the sock portion, the fourth pattern exposed after folding is combined with the first pattern into another combined pattern. The reverse socks as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the sock tube portion and the reverse portion are the same. The turned socks as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the toe portion and the heel portion is greater than the thickness of the sock body portion. The flip socks as described in claim 1, wherein the length of the sock tube is 18 to 25 centimeters, and the length of the flip part is 10 to 27 centimeters. The rollover socks as described in claim 1, wherein the pressure value of the rollover socks is 15 to 25 mmHg. The flip socks as described in claim 1, wherein the sock tube and the flip part as a whole include: A first pressure section located at the bottom; A second pressure section located in the middle, whose pressure value is less than that of the first pressure section; and A third pressure section located at the top, whose pressure value is less than that of the second pressure section. The flip socks as described in claim 1, wherein the sock body comprises: The instep, which is the upper part of the sock body, is used to cover the instep and has heat dissipation holes; and The sole, which is the lower part of the sock body, is used to cover the sole and has sweat grooves arranged in a maze shape. The roll-over socks as described in claim 7, wherein the sole contains silver ions. The turn-over socks as described in claim 1, wherein the turn-over socks are made of a mixed yarn containing polyamide and polyurethane.
