Abstract

In this way, the distance between the handlebar and the handlebar vertical tube can be flexibly changed to meet the needs of the rider, which not only improves the riding comfort and efficiency, but also simplifies the production process and reduces the manufacturing cost.

This creation is about a bicycle stem set, in particular a bicycle stem set with adjustable handlebar position.

In today's society, bicycles are becoming increasingly popular. As a basic means of transportation, bicycles are not only convenient, but also have multiple features such as leisure, sports and environmental protection. These features make them more in line with modern people's emphasis on healthy living, leisure and entertainment, and environmental awareness. Therefore, bicycles have become a favorite and widely used choice of modern people.

With the popularity of cycling, riders have higher and higher requirements for the comfort and performance of bicycles. Most bicycles on the market have seats with adjustable height to accommodate users of different heights. However, existing bicycle faucets have some problems. Although they can achieve the expected combination of the handlebar and the handlebar stem, they cannot adjust the length of use, which results in the inability to flexibly change the distance between the handlebar and the handlebar stem. Since riders have different body shapes, this uniform length design cannot meet the needs of all users. Therefore, in order to accommodate different body shapes, manufacturers have to produce a variety of faucets of different lengths, which not only increases the inconvenience in manufacturing, but also increases the production cost, indicating that this type of faucet set still has room for improvement in the overall structural design.

In view of the above shortcomings of the existing bicycle faucet set, the author launched this creation after much discussion, sample testing and multiple revisions and improvements.

The invention discloses a bicycle faucet assembly with adjustable handlebar position, comprising: a handlebar vertical tube, the handlebar vertical tube having an upper end and a lower section, the lower section being connected to a bicycle front fork; a faucet, the faucet having a rear end arranged at the upper end of the handlebar vertical tube, and the faucet can be arranged integrally or detachably, the faucet extends forward from the rear end to form an extension tube with a circular or non-circular cross section; and a handle, a mounting portion being arranged at the middle position, the handle being assembled on the extension tube with the mounting portion in an adjustable position.

The main purpose of this invention of a bicycle faucet with adjustable handlebar position is that it can flexibly adjust the handlebar position and change the distance between the handlebar and the handlebar vertical tube to meet the needs of the rider, thereby not only improving the riding comfort and efficiency, but also avoiding the cumbersome process of producing a variety of faucets of different lengths, thereby reducing manufacturing difficulties and production costs.

The following is a further description of the present invention in conjunction with the drawings of the preferred embodiments, in order to enable those familiar with the relevant technologies of the present invention to implement the invention according to the description in this manual.

First, please refer to the first to third figures, the bicycle faucet set with adjustable handlebar position of the invention comprises: a handlebar vertical tube 10, a faucet 20, a handle 30 and a closing member 40.

The handlebar tube 10 has an upper end and a lower section, the lower section is connected to the bicycle front fork (not shown), and the handlebar tube 10 and the bicycle front fork are assembled and connected or formed in one piece.

The faucet 20 has a rear end, which is arranged on the upper end of the handlebar vertical tube 10 and can be integrally arranged or detachably arranged. The faucet 20 extends forward from the rear end to have an extension tube 21 with a circular or non-circular cross section. The extension tube 21 has a long groove 22 axially arranged on the upper side, and the groove surface of the long groove 22 is marked with a scale 23 for the user to adjust. In this embodiment, the depth of the long groove 22 is about 0.5 mm. A sleeve portion 24 is provided at the rear end of the faucet 20. A slot 241 is provided on the rear side of the sleeve portion 24. The sleeve portion 24 is used to be sleeved on the upper end of the handlebar vertical tube 10. The slot 241 can be tightened by a screw-fastening element 242, so that the sleeve portion 24 is stably fixed in place. The cross-section of the extension tube 21 is a rounded trapezoid, and a hollow portion 211 is formed inside. A cover 212 is provided at the front end of the extension tube 21 corresponding to the hollow portion 211, and the hollow portion 211 is closed by the cover 212.

The handle 30 has an assembly portion 31 in the middle, and the handle 30 is assembled on the extension tube 21 with the assembly portion 31 in an adjustable position. In this embodiment, the assembly portion 31 is formed by extending downward from the middle of the handle 30, and the cross section of the assembly portion 31 is generally U-shaped, and a slide groove 311 and a plurality of screw holes 312 corresponding to the shape of the extension tube 21 are provided on the bottom side. The extension tube 21 is passed through the slide groove 311, so that the assembly portion 31 can slide on the extension tube 21.

The closing member 40 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 41, through which screw fixing elements 42 pass, and are screwed and fixed to a plurality of screw holes 312 of the assembly portion 31, so that the closing member 40 is assembled and fixed to the bottom side of the assembly portion 31, thereby closing the slide groove 311 of the assembly portion 31 and applying pressure to the extension tube 21, so that the assembly portion 31 and the extension tube 21 are fixed, ensuring that the handle 30 will not move accidentally during riding. In this embodiment, a through hole 43 is provided at the central position of the closing member 40, and a pressing member 44 is provided in the through hole 43. The pressing member 44 is used to press the extension tube 21 to fix the assembly part 31 and the extension tube 21. The pressing member 44 is a hand-screwed bolt, which can effectively provide the required pressure to achieve a stable connection and facilitate quick tightening and loosening operations.

When the invention is used, as shown in the fourth and fifth figures, the pressing member 44 can be loosened according to the needs of the rider to release the pressure on the extension tube 21, and then the assembly part 31 can be used to slide and adjust on the extension tube 21, and the position of the handlebar 30 can be accurately adjusted according to the scale 23 marked on the extension tube 21, so that the handlebar 30 and the handlebar vertical tube 10 form a desired distance, and then the pressing member 44 is re-tightened to restore the pressure on the extension tube 21, so that the assembly part 31 and the extension tube 21 are fixed again, and the adjustment action is completed.

When the invention is used, as shown in the sixth to eighth figures, at least one auxiliary bracket 50 can be additionally mounted on the extension tube 21. The auxiliary bracket 50 can be a mobile phone holder, a lighting fixture, etc. The auxiliary bracket 50 is assembled on the extension tube 21 using the structure of the assembly part 31 and the closing part 40, so that the auxiliary bracket 50 can be flexibly adjusted in position according to the use requirements, and auxiliary brackets 50 with various functions can be assembled, and the replacement action is simple and convenient.

Furthermore, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, there is a second embodiment of the bicycle handlebar assembly with adjustable handlebar position of the present invention. The difference between the second embodiment and the above-mentioned first embodiment is that the cross-section of the extension tube 21 is circular, and the assembly portion 31 of the handle 30 includes a bundle hole 313, a groove 314 connecting the inside and outside of the bundle hole 313, and at least one lock hole 315 passing through the groove 314. The bundle hole 313 is provided for the extension tube 21 to pass through, so that the assembly portion 31 can slide on the extension tube 21, and each lock hole 315 is provided for a screw fixing element 316 to pass through a screw, and the contraction effect of the bundle hole 313 is used to apply pressure to the extension tube 21, so that the assembly portion 31 and the extension tube 21 are fixed.

In this way, not only can the position of the handle 30 be flexibly adjusted, but also, as shown in FIG. 11, the screw-fastening element 316 can be loosened to release the pressure of the assembly part 31 on the extension tube 21, the handle 30 can be rotated to a vertical angle, and then the screw-fastening element 316 can be tightened again. In this way, not only can the parking space be effectively reduced, but also it can be convenient for transportation and storage.

A bicycle faucet assembly with adjustable handlebar position comprises: a handlebar vertical tube (10), the handlebar vertical tube (10) having an upper end and a lower section, the lower section being connected to a bicycle front fork; a faucet (20), the faucet (20) having a rear end disposed on the upper end of the handlebar vertical tube (10), and being integrally disposed or detachably disposed, the faucet (20) extending forward from the rear end to have an extension tube (21) with a circular or non-circular cross section; and a handle (30), having an assembly portion (31) disposed in the middle, the handle (30) being assembled on the extension tube (21) with the assembly portion (31) being adjustable in position. A bicycle handlebar assembly with adjustable handlebar position as described in claim 1, wherein a long groove (22) is axially provided on the upper side of the extension tube (21), and a scale (23) is marked on the groove surface of the long groove (22). A bicycle faucet assembly with adjustable handlebar position as described in claim 1, wherein the faucet (20) is provided with a sleeve portion (24) at the rear end, and a slot (241) is provided on the rear side of the sleeve portion (24). The sleeve portion (24) is used to be sleeved on the upper end of the handlebar vertical tube (10), and the slot (241) can be tightened by a screw-fastening element (242), thereby stably fixing the sleeve portion (24) in place.
