Abstract

Description

Bookcase for convenient storage of materials

The invention is a book cover, in particular a transparent book cover which is combined with the outer surface of a cover included in a book and reduces the probability of the book being worn.

A commercially available transparent book cover can be used to be put on the surface of a book. The book cover is a transparent plastic cover. Two joints are arranged on the two sides of the book cover. The space formed between the two joints and the body of the book cover provides a space for detachably putting on the two ends of a cover of the book. In this way, the book cover will cover the outer side of the cover of the book. Furthermore, the cover of the book is not easy to be worn. In addition, the transparent book cover makes the text, symbols, graphics and colors on the cover of the book clearly visible.

However, the book cover can only provide the function of protecting the cover of the book. Some book owners (such as teachers) may need to clip some data between the inner pages of the book. For example, the teacher prints out the supplementary materials of a course and clips them between the inner pages of the corresponding course in the book. The book cover cannot provide space for accommodating the data. Some users may choose to place the data between the two joints of the book cover and the cover of the book. However, in this way, when accessing the data, all the data must be taken out and the data to be used must be found each time.

For this creation, a book cover for conveniently storing data is provided, including a main body, wherein the main body includes two first sides and two second sides extending from both ends of the two first sides, and the book cover further includes at least one first extension portion extending from at least one of the two first sides, and the at least one first extension portion includes a first bag body. The main body is suitable for being combined with a book, the first bag body is suitable for placing at least one data, and the at least one first extension portion is suitable for being clamped between a plurality of inner pages included in the book.

Each of the first pockets and each of the second pockets allows for the storage of data to be placed together with the book, making it easier to organize the data and less likely to lose it. Each of the first extensions and each of the second extensions allows for the clipping of the inner pages of the book to function like a bookmark, and the first extensions or the second extensions allow for quick flipping of the inner pages of the book to find the desired part.

In one embodiment, in the book cover for conveniently storing data, the two first sides of the body each include a coupling portion, and the two coupling portions are suitable for being detachably connected to the two ends of a cover included in the book.

In one embodiment, the book cover for conveniently storing documents, the main body further includes at least one second extension portion extending from at least one of the two second sides, the at least one second extension portion includes a second bag body, the second bag body is suitable for placing at least one document, and the at least one second extension portion is suitable for being clipped in front of the multiple inner pages of the book.

The invention also provides a book cover for conveniently storing data, comprising a main body, wherein the main body comprises a first extension portion, wherein the first extension portion comprises a first bag body, wherein the main body is suitable for being combined with a book, wherein the first bag body is suitable for accommodating at least one data, and wherein the at least one first extension portion and the first bag body are suitable for being sandwiched between a plurality of inner pages included in the book.

The present invention will be more clearly understood with the detailed description of illustrative embodiments of the present invention illustrated with accompanying drawings.

This creation is a book cover, which is a transparent protective cover that is detachably attached to the outside of the cover of a book. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 , the book cover 10 may be, but is not limited to, made of a transparent plastic sheet-like material. The book cover 10 includes a main body 20. The main body 20 includes two symmetrical first sides 22 and two symmetrical second sides 24 extending between the two ends of the two first sides 22. The two first sides 22 each include a joining portion 25. Each joining portion 25 may be, but is not limited to, formed by another layer of plastic sheet covering the main body 20. The three sides included in each joining portion 25 are joined to the main body 20 (e.g., hot-melt joined), and one side opposite to the two joining portions 25 is not joined to the main body 20, so that each joining portion 25 forms a pocket-like structure (as shown in FIG. 2 ).

The main body 20 further includes two first extension parts 26 further extending from the two first sides 22, the two first extension parts 26 include a first bag body 30, the two combining parts 25 are located between the two first bag bodies 30, the three sides included in each of the first bag bodies 30 are combined with the main body 20 (for example, hot-melt combined), and one side opposite to the two first bag bodies 30 is not combined with the main body 20, so that each of the first bag bodies 30 forms a pocket-like structure (as shown in Figure 2).

The main body 20 further includes four second extension portions 28 extending from two second sides 24, that is, each second side 24 has two second extension portions 28, each second extension portion 28 includes a second bag body 31, and each second bag body 31 includes three sides that are combined with the main body 20 (for example, hot-melt combined), and the remaining one side of each second bag body 31 is not combined with the main body 20, so that each second bag body 31 forms a pocket-like structure (as shown in Figure 3).

The technical features of the book cover 10 of the invention have been described in detail. The following will further help to better understand the features of the invention by using the book cover 10 on a book. Referring to Figures 4 and 5, the book cover 10 can be detachably combined with a book 32. The book 32 includes a cover 34 (usually with a U-shaped cross-section) at the outermost layer. The book 32 further includes a plurality of inner pages 36 located on the inner side of the cover 34.

The body 20 of the book cover 10 covers the outer side of the cover 34 of the book 32, and the two ends of the cover 34 are detachably inserted into the two joints 25, so that the body 20 is attached to the outer surface of the cover 34, and the two first extensions 26, the two first pockets 30, the four second extensions 28 and the four second pockets 31 can be bent toward the body 20 and can be sandwiched between different inner pages 36 of the book 32 (as shown in FIG. 5), for example, one of the first extensions 26, the two first pockets 30, the four second extensions 28 and the four second pockets 31 can be bent toward the body 20 and can be sandwiched between different inner pages 36 of the book 32 (as shown in FIG. 5). The first bag body 30 and one of the first extension parts 26 are clamped in the inner page 36 of the book 32 corresponding to the beginning of the first chapter, and another first bag body 30 and another first extension part 26 are clamped in the inner page 36 of the book 32 corresponding to the beginning of the second chapter. Therefore, each first extension part 26 and the corresponding first bag body 30 and each second extension part 28 and the corresponding second bag body 31 can be clamped between specific pages selected by the user (for example, the beginning of each chapter).

The internal space of each of the first bag bodies 30 and each of the second bag bodies 31 allows for accommodating a plurality of data 38, for example, one of the first bag bodies 30 sandwiched between the first pages of the first chapter of the book 32 contains the supplementary data 38 of the first chapter of the book 32, and one of the second bag bodies 31 sandwiched between the first pages of the second chapter of the book 32 contains the supplementary data 38 of the second chapter of the book 32.

It can be seen that the book cover 10 of the present invention has at least the following advantages, for example, each of the first bag bodies 30 and each of the second bag bodies 31 allows for accommodating data 38 to be placed together with the book 32, making it easier to organize the data 38 and less likely to be lost.

Each of the first extension portions 26 and each of the second extension portions 28 allows being clamped in the inner pages 36 of the book 32 to function like a bookmark. Through each of the first extension portions 26 or each of the second extension portions 28, the desired part (e.g., the beginning of Chapter 5) in the inner pages 36 of the book 32 can be quickly turned to.

The basic teachings of the invention have been explained, and many extensions and variations will be obvious to those with ordinary skills in this field. For example, the book cover 10 may not include the second extensions 28 and the second pockets 31. In this case, the first extensions 26 and the first pockets 30 can still provide the function of placing data and bookmarks. Or the book cover 10 may not include the two coupling parts 25, so that the surface of the body 20 can be provided with adhesive and release paper. After tearing off the release paper, the body 20 allows the cover 34 of the book 32 to be attached to the book cover 10 and the book 32.

Since the invention disclosed in the specification can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or general characteristics of the invention, and some of these specific forms have been pointed out, the embodiments disclosed in the specification should be regarded as illustrative rather than restrictive. The scope of the invention is defined by the scope of the attached patent application, not by the above description, and all changes that fall within the equivalent meaning and scope of the patent application will still be included in its scope.

A book cover for conveniently storing documents comprises a main body, wherein the main body comprises two first sides and two second sides extending from both ends of the two first sides, the book cover further comprises at least one first extension portion extending from at least one of the two first sides, the at least one first extension portion comprises a first bag body, the main body is suitable for being combined with a book, the first bag body is suitable for placing at least one document, and the at least one first extension portion is suitable for being sandwiched between a plurality of inner pages included in the book. As described in item 1 of the patent application, the book cover for convenient storage of data, wherein the two first sides of the main body each include a coupling portion, and the two coupling portions are suitable for being detachably connected to the two ends of a cover included in the book.
