Abstract

A memorial ornament comprises a body unit, including a gel, and at least one memorial taken from a pet's body and placed in the gel. By combining a part of the deceased pet's body, such as hair, bones or teeth, with the gel, the memorial ornament can be processed into different types of ornaments, which are not only beautiful in appearance, but also have unique meanings for the owner, so that the owner can commemorate or remember the deceased pet in different ways.

The invention relates to an ornament, in particular to a commemorative ornament used to commemorate a pet.

The way people raise pets nowadays is quite diverse, including the common cats, dogs, birds or turtles, etc. Pets have become a part of the family, and their existence is as important to the owner as family members.

When a pet dies, the owner will be very sad. After holding a funeral and burying or cremating the pet, the owner can only choose to use the photos or videos taken in the past as a way to commemorate or remember the pet.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a memorial ornament which can be used to commemorate a deceased pet and has a decorative effect.

Therefore, the novel commemorative ornament comprises a body unit, including a gel, and at least one commemorative object taken from a pet's body and set in the gel.

The efficacy of the new invention is that by combining a part of the deceased pet's body, such as hair, bones or teeth, with the gel, it can be processed into different types of ornaments, which are not only beautiful in appearance, but also have unique meanings for the owner, so that the owner can commemorate or remember the deceased pet in different forms.

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that similar components are represented by the same reference numerals in the following description.

Referring to FIG. 1 , a first embodiment of the novel commemorative ornament comprises a body unit 1. The body unit 1 comprises a gel 11, and a souvenir 12 obtained from a pet (not shown) and disposed on the gel 11. The gel 11 is formed by solidifying a UV gel after being irradiated with ultraviolet light, and is in the shape of an animal's palm. The souvenir 12 is any one of the pet's bones, hair, ashes, or teeth. In this embodiment, the souvenir 12 is the pet's teeth. When manufacturing the main unit 1, the UV glue is first poured into a mold (not shown), and the souvenir 12 is placed in the mold to combine with the UV glue, and then the UV glue is irradiated with ultraviolet light to solidify it to form the gel 11 and then demolded to complete the manufacturing of the souvenir ornament.

Referring to FIG. 2 , a second embodiment of the new commemorative ornament is different from the first embodiment in that it further includes a plurality of small ornaments 21 disposed on the main body unit 1 , each of the small ornaments 21 being any one of rhinestones, sequins, beads or everlasting flowers. In this embodiment, the small ornaments 21 are rhinestones and everlasting flowers. In addition, the commemorative ornament includes two souvenirs 12, each of the souvenirs 12 being the pet's teeth.

Referring to FIG. 3 , a third embodiment of the novel commemorative ornament further comprises a track unit 3 surrounding the main body unit 1, and a track decoration unit 4 disposed on the track unit 3. The gel 11 is spherical, and the track unit 3 comprises a plurality of thin strip tracks 31. The track decoration unit 4 comprises a plurality of decorative pieces 41 disposed on the tracks 31. Each decorative piece 41 is any one of beads, rhinestones or other types of small decorative objects. In this embodiment, the souvenir 12 is the hair of the pet, each of the decorative pieces 41 is a bead, and the shape of the gel 11, the arrangement of the track unit 3 and the track decorative unit 4 make the souvenir ornament appear like a planet with a satellite, having a unique visual effect. In other variations of this embodiment, the track unit 3 may also include only one track 31.

Referring to FIG. 4 , a fourth embodiment of the novel commemorative ornament is similar to the third embodiment, except that the fourth embodiment further includes a base 5 supporting the main unit 1 .

Referring to FIG. 5 , a fifth embodiment of the present novel commemorative ornament is similar to the first embodiment, and the difference from the first embodiment is that the commemorative ornament is spherical, and the commemorative ornament further comprises a wearable member 6 connected to the main unit 1 and used to be worn on a human body. In this embodiment, the wearable member 6 is a chain, so that the commemorative ornament can be worn as a bracelet.

Referring to FIG. 6 , a variation of the fifth embodiment is shown, the difference being that the commemorative ornament is heart-shaped and the wearable piece 6 is a ring, so that the commemorative ornament can be worn as a ring.

Referring to FIG. 7 , a sixth embodiment of the present novel commemorative ornament is similar to the first embodiment, and the difference from the first embodiment is that the main unit 1 is star-shaped, and the souvenir 12 is the ashes of the pet, and the ashes are shaped into a star shape by a mold. The commemorative ornament also includes a key ring 7 connected to the main unit 1, so that the commemorative ornament can be carried and used as a key ring.

In summary, the new memorial ornament can be processed into different types of ornaments by combining a part of the deceased pet's body, such as hair, bones or teeth, with the gel 11. The ornaments are not only beautiful in appearance, but also have unique meanings for the owner, allowing the owner to commemorate or remember the deceased pet in different ways, so the purpose of the new ornament can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (10)

A commemorative ornament comprises: A body unit including a gel, and at least one commemorative object taken from a pet's body and set in the gel. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 1 further comprises a plurality of small ornaments arranged on the main unit, each of the small ornaments being any one of rhinestones, sequins, beads or everlasting flowers. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 1, wherein the gel is in the shape of an animal's paw. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one commemorative object comprises any one of the pet's bones, hair, ashes or teeth. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 1 further comprises a track unit surrounding the main body unit, the track unit includes at least one track, and the gel is in a spherical shape. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 5 also includes a base supporting the main unit. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 5 further comprises a plurality of decorative pieces disposed on the at least one track, each of the decorative pieces being a bead or a rhinestone. The commemorative jewelry as described in claim 1 also includes a wearable piece connected to the main unit and used to be worn on a part of the human body. The commemorative jewelry as described in claim 8, wherein the wearable item is a chain or a ring. The commemorative ornament as described in claim 1 further includes a key chain connected to the main unit.
