Abstract

A board painting device includes a board unit and a container unit. The board unit includes a substrate and a decorative layer arranged on the substrate. The container unit is arranged on the board unit and cooperates with the board unit to define a containing space and a socket connected to the containing space. Since the board unit is provided with the substrate, it is more convenient for the decorative layer and the container unit to be attached compared to a general canvas. The container unit protrudes from the substrate to create the containing space that breaks through the two-dimensional plane. The containing space can be used for different objects to be inserted, so that users can create in a way different from traditional painting.

Board painting device

The invention relates to a decorative art, in particular to a board painting device.

Painting is a common form of artistic creation, which mainly uses various pigments, brushes, creativity and aesthetic principles to show different painting contents. Although traditional paintings can show the appearance of three-dimensional objects in a two-dimensional plane through perspective and other techniques, if a creative platform can be provided to enable painting to break through the limitations of the two-dimensional bottle surface, it will surely enable painting creation to move forward to a new and different realm.

The purpose of the present invention is to improve at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

The novel board painting device comprises a board unit and a container unit. The board unit comprises a substrate and a decorative layer arranged on the substrate. The container unit is arranged on the board unit and cooperates with the board unit to define a containing space and a socket connected to the containing space.

The utility model has the following advantages: the plate unit includes the base plate, which is more conducive to the attachment of the decorative layer and the container unit than a general canvas. The container unit protrudes from the base plate to create the container space that breaks through the two-dimensional plane. The container space can be used for inserting different objects, and can be used for users to create in a way different from traditional painting.

Referring to Figures 1, 2, and 3, a first embodiment of the novel board painting device is suitable for use with a decoration unit 1. The decoration unit 1 may include fresh flowers, dried flowers, artificial flowers, toys, candies, etc., which may vary according to the creativity of the creator. In this first embodiment, the decoration unit 1 is a bunch of dried flowers.

The first embodiment includes a plate unit 2 and a container unit 3 adhesively disposed on the plate unit 2.

The plate unit 2 includes a rectangular plate-shaped substrate 21, a decorative layer 22 disposed on the substrate 21, and a frame 23 disposed on a side of the substrate 21 opposite to the decorative layer 22.

In the first embodiment, the substrate 21 is a rectangular wooden board having a first surface 211 and a second surface 212 opposite to each other. In other embodiments of the present invention, the substrate 21 may also be a metal plate, a plastic plate, or a ceramic plate.

The decorative layer 22 includes several decorative pieces 221 with leaf shapes and venation structures (see FIG. 2 ). Each decorative piece 221 can be made of plastic or made by drying leaves after processing. As shown in FIG. 2 , the decorative pieces 221 are partially overlapped and laid on the first surface 211 of the substrate 21 to form the decorative layer 22. Since the decorative layer 22 is relatively thin, it is only indicated by thicker black lines in FIG. 3 . In other embodiments of the present invention, the decorative layer 22 may also include various art or artistic creation materials such as stickers, rhinestones, colored paper, and wrapping paper.

The frame 23 is a rectangular ring-shaped wooden frame and is fixed to the second surface 212 of the base plate 21. The size of the frame 23 matches the base plate 21 and can be adhered or nailed to the base plate 21. On the one hand, the frame 23 can be used to support the base plate 21. On the other hand, the rectangular ring-shaped shape of the frame 23 can reduce the overall weight of the plate unit 2 because it has a hollow portion.

The container unit 3 is an incomplete bottle and is located on the same side as the decorative layer 22. For example, the bottle can be a half bottle. It can be made by cutting a complete bottle into two halves, or directly printing an incomplete bottle, such as one half, one third, two thirds, or even three quarters of a bottle, through 3D printing and other technologies.

The container unit 3 is adhered to the base plate 21 and the decorative layer 22 of the plate unit 2. The container unit 3 includes a bottle bottom 31 and a bottle wall 32 extending upward from the bottle bottom 31. In other embodiments of the present invention, the container unit 3 may also be a half-cut water bottle, box, or fruit shell.

The bottle bottom 31 and the bottle wall 32 cooperate with the plate unit 2 to define a containing space 33 , and a socket 34 connected to the containing space 33 and suitable for the decorative unit 1 to be inserted into the containing space 33 .

The accommodating space 33 is suitable for the decoration unit 1 to be inserted, and includes a bottle belly area 331 spaced below the socket 34, a bottle mouth area 332 connected to the socket 34, and a bottle neck area 333 connected between the bottle mouth area 332 and the bottle belly area 331. The bottle belly area 331 has the largest width, the bottle mouth area 332 has the second largest width, and the bottle neck area 333 has the smallest width.

The first embodiment is characterized in that the substrate 21 has better adaptability and integration with the decorative layer 22 and the container unit 3 than a traditional canvas, and can provide sufficient support for the container unit 3. The container unit 3 protrudes from the first surface 211 of the substrate 21, and can further allow the user and the artist to perform different creations in a three-dimensional space.

Specifically, when the first embodiment is used, the user or the artist can insert the decoration unit 1 into the container space 33. As mentioned above, the decoration unit 1 can be changed in many ways, so the user can use different materials to create different styles. After the creation is completed, if different inspirations and ideas are generated after a period of time, the old decoration unit 1 can be taken out of the container space 33 and reassembled into a completely different new decoration unit 1, so as to create a new work. In other words, the new board painting device provides an environmentally friendly creation platform for repeated creation.

See Figures 4 and 5. Figures 4 and 5 respectively show a second embodiment and a third embodiment of the novel board painting device. The second embodiment and the third embodiment are similar to the first embodiment, except that: in the second embodiment, a first block 41 is provided in the bottle belly area 331 for inserting the bottom of the decorative unit 1. The first block 41 can be, for example, flower mud commonly used for flower arrangement, or a common sponge. In the third embodiment, a second block 42 is provided extending from the bottle neck area 333 to the bottom area of the bottle mouth area 332. The second block 42 is, for example, formed by hardening glue, such as hot melt glue. Specifically, after the decorative unit 1 is inserted into the accommodating space 33, hot melt adhesive is injected into the bottle mouth area 332 and the bottle neck area 333, and the second block 42 can be formed after the hot melt adhesive is cooled.

The second embodiment and the third embodiment are characterized in that different parts of the decorative units 1 can be fixed respectively by the first block 41 and the second block 42, so that the state of the decorative units 1 can be better and longer maintained. In other words, the finished product can be better shaped.

6 and 7, a fourth embodiment of the novel board painting device is similar to the first embodiment, except that the decoration unit 1 includes a plurality of decorations 11, which are candies or toys. The decoration layer 22 is a wrapping paper with a pattern.

In summary, the function of the novel board painting device is as follows: the board unit 2 is provided with the substrate 21, and the substrate 21 is more conducive to the attachment of the decorative layer 22 and the container unit 3 than a general canvas. The container unit 3 protrudes from the substrate 21 to create the containing space 33 that breaks through the two-dimensional plane. The containing space 33 can be inserted into the decorative unit 1 that can include different objects, and can allow users to create in a way different from traditional painting.

Claims (7)

A board painting device comprises: A board unit, including a substrate and a decorative layer arranged on the substrate; and A container unit, arranged on the board unit and cooperating with the board unit to define a containing space, and a socket connected to the containing space. A board painting device as described in claim 1, wherein the substrate is a wooden board, a metal board, a plastic board, or a ceramic board. A board drawing device as described in claim 1, wherein the container unit is an incomplete bottle, a kettle, or a box. A board drawing device as described in claim 1, wherein the container unit is an incomplete bottle, and the containing space includes a bottle belly area separated from the socket, a bottle mouth area connected to the socket, and a bottle neck area connected between the bottle mouth area and the bottle belly area. The board painting device as described in claim 4 also includes a first block arranged in the bottle belly area. The board painting device as described in claim 4 or 5 also includes a second block arranged in the bottle mouth area or the bottle neck area. A board painting device as described in claim 1, wherein the board unit further includes a frame arranged on a side of the substrate opposite to the decorative layer.
